Can someone offer some advice on how to sell myself in the best light. I am educated, not married, in good shape and willing to serve. If there are any thoughts or ideas please share. I am very excited about the prospect and believe it could open an entirely new set of doors. I have been taking private Japanese lessons and would like to attend the Army's linguistics school. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.

Kapustinyar (I dont know if I spelled that right) was supposed to be a military base in Russia for UFO technology. I saw this documentary where people who used to be stationed there confirmed that the Soviet Union was actually shooting down UFOs and try to use the technology for their military. I asked a similar question yesterday but all I got was negatives, I am still certain that Area 51 is somehow related to Kapustinyar. If anyone has something to say about it I would like to hear your opinion.

US lied about the WMD...just to get into another war.

PEACE is the last thing the USA wants...because there is no MONEY in peace.

Pat Tillman got the Silver Star based on a LIE...our whole nation exists on a LIE.

The lie is , that the USA is a good nation...we are not.

We are a HAS BEEN nation....we are our own worst enemy.

We cannot afford this war, we cannot afford our gold plated military, we are $ 8.7 TRILLION in debt and are arrogant enough to think we are rich.

The USA is weak in spirit , weak in heart and will defeat ITSELF. No high tech wizardry will save us from ourselves.

The only thing this country can do to save itself is to recognize its own ARROGANCE and EVIL and change...but I fear we are to stubborn for that

There are 180 countries, 7 Billion people (1,6 Billion islamic) on this earth, half of them don't know, how to survive the next day. What makes anybody think, that terror, as outlet for frustration, could be contained by a couple of guns and tanks. Never, not once in all of human history, has a military solution lasted in any conflict, if the heart of the people wasn't in it. So, where does the Pentagon get the intelligence, that their big budget actions improve anything? From Korea, Vietnam, Angola, Nigeria, Somalia, liberia, Palestinia, Balkans, Afghanistan, Haiti to Iraq and many more, has any of this conflicts really been solved by the military or despite the military?

I am doing a debate in my AP history class and I am on the opposing side * The United States should NOT have dropped the bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki* was the side we chose. If you have any points going against the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki drop a line here! :-)

My concern is that, while US tech is enjoys a substantial technological lead, in future it simply won't be enough to counter China's 5- 1 advantadge in PEOPLE - which seems to be getting closer to 6-1 than 4-1.

Think of it this way - five F-15's will pulverise a single F-22. The Chinese army cannot YET traverse the Taiwan straits without taking huge losses for Taiwan's air forces; but their own air force is expanding and modernising rapidly, and again - they'll very soon be able to throw far more air power at Taiwan, because of sheer numbers, than Taiwan can handle.

With the same growth rate - which is driven simply by China being able to AFFORD more hardware to arm more soldiers/sailors/airmen - it's only a matter of a decade - maybe two - until China can float more carriers in the Pacific than the US can. Not as advanced, thankfully, but still more sheer firepower, because of sheer numbers.

How long will the US's tech advantadge allow it to keep the OVERALL advantadge?

Can anyone tell me the details on how to go about a divorce when married to someone in the military? For example, will we have to be seperated for a period of time first? Get couseling? Is JAG their just to look out for their soldier and kick my *** to the curb? We live in Germany...I had to quit my damn job and drop out of nursing school just to come over to this hole. So now I feel trapped, like how the hell can I afford to fly to the US and start a new life from scratch? Any info would be great.

Should the media be allowed to report actual operations that they have been on and filmed real time, even DAYS AFTER the event?

Do you think such reporting is showing the enemy what our troops instinctive actions based on good training will be given a certain situation?

Do you think there is a PUBLIC NEED to see such footage?
