Not talking about "revenge" , talking about TERRORISM in the name of DEFENSE.

Part of Terrorism involves "threats" right ~so why would that not be "effective"?
Say that we would say "if you try to rape my friends" ~ "we will then make actions to incarcerate you , seize your property and or use other force if necessary, deadly if necessary."
I mean it would be a FIRST LINE of defense, eh?

See a lot of people are "confused" to think that terrorism is ALWAYS bad, I mean if it is used by the GOOD SIDE then such tactics are good and in reality such methods may be able to save lives, many lives without a single shot fired ~ if you have the right "terrorist gurus" on the job, you know what I mean... and for those who tried to claim it is "haphazard" again you are "taken off" by the media images of the day illustrating examples of where the TARGETS were not DIRECT enough.

TERRORISM is sometimes about "pressure" and as I said if you are using such for "justified" reasons, well then it may be a very good angle.

OUR WAY of LIFE is to : BE VEGAN if you do not already know that... and so as to say..

It's strange that the guy who speaks against "justified defensive terrorism" will usually be the guy BEGGING a terrorist to save his life... maybe in "alternate paths" I did not see clearly...

CONSIDER LOVE ...

I guess on HIGHER levels one would not even have to resort to "terrorism" if you had the RIGHT SCIENCES at play... but along the lines "to get there" perhaps, "terrorism" is what BUILT levels of "fortifications" as to develop higher strategies of defense in general.

We already have threats of reprisal in place, it is called the justice system. It provides everything you describe. Terrorism would be nothing more than a return to the United States of Lyncherdom, where guilt or innocence were not considerations and people were murdered because people enjoyed murdering them. In the 1920s mobs would kidnap, torture, and murder people and parents would pack picnic baskets and bring their children to watch. You seriously believe a return to such actions would "defend" our way of life?

No, because terrorism exists outside the accepted limits and conventions of military conduct, and should not be tolerated. War is a rough and nasty business, but there are rules there for a reason, and we need to obey them. Terrorism should not be condoned under any circumstances.

Terrorism in the name of anything is still terrorism and is the answer for nothing.

Call the police and let the law handle it.

Terrorism targets mass groups not a single person. Many innocent people would be harmed. Not really the greater good.

So no terrorism would not be. Besides violence only begats more violence.

Terrorists are usually "opportunists", in that although they may pick a specific area that they believe their intended targets will be at, they can't be sure, until they arrive, then there are all sorts of possibilities that could alter their plans. Not very effective, in my opinion. Good try though...keep thinking...
