i remember hearing about a quieter one, with the tail rotor being embedded into the tail (instead of being stuck on the side).
Also the weapons would retract to reduce noise and improve aerodynamics

Perhaps a pre-emptive strike on his US military ("cannon fodder") would be appropriate!

It is the worst of times in Iraq. With most Americans disapproving of the way the President’s handling the war, this has been one of the bloodiest weekends for American forces over there…a total of 27 GI’s dead in just two days, and at least 78 Iraqi civilians killed by two nearly simultaneous car bombings.

US soldier jailed for Iraq deaths

A US soldier has been jailed for 18 years for his part in the murder of three Iraqi detainees in May of 2006.
Pfc Corey Clagett, 22, who is the third soldier to plead guilty in connection with the case, made the plea in a deal with military prosecutors.

Does anyone who has done it this way have any thoughts? She is an excellant student but didnt apply for any scholarships since they would pay for her schooling. I see her with some doubts now weather she is making the right choice. She is against student loans and doesnt want the debt. It could just be senioritis also but I realy want to help ease her mind and relieve some of the pressure.

PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’ close associate, the Palestinian-Kurdish tycoon Mohammed Rashid, flew into Damascus Saturday night, Jan 27, with an ultimatum for Meshaal.

During the day, Palestinian casualties from Hamas-Fatah factional battles rose to 25 with dozens of wounded.

Rashid told the Hamas leader that this was his last chance for a ceasefire. If he agreed, Abbas would return to the negotiating table and go back to the proposals they had discussed when they met in Damascus last week.

If not, his Fatah forces were ready to sustain up to 500 dead to win control of Gaza. Abbas lieutenant Mohammed Dahlan is commanding the Fatah side.

DEBKAfile’s military sources report that Saturday both factions turned their guns on each other’s senior commanders. Fatah death squads stormed Hamas mosques, seized and executed three officers of Hamas’ special units. Hamas reciprocated by eliminating Fatah commanders.

My question to you is how do you support this stance? She was in the White House for eight years w/unlimited access to information, including everything to do with foreign policy, do you think someone this bright and focused didn't learn anything? Also, she has served on the Senate Committee for Armed Services for six years, with three subcommittee assignments to Airland, Emerging Threats & Capabilities, and Readiness & Management Support. Why do you say she has no experience in these matters? Thank you.

I dont understand the people that complain about this war. Its really simple even without Iraq we would still be in Afghanistan fighting, wed still be threatened by Iran and North Korea and would possibly have a war with both, Hezbollah would still be trying to overthrow the government in Lebanon, and would be attacking Israel, we would still feel threatened by China and Russia. There would still be clashes in the middle east between Hamas and Fatah and there would still be an ongoing genocide happening in Africa. So we would still be fighting in a war even if we never went to Iraq, we need to fight!!! And for all of the people out there complaining about pulling out of Iraq, just sit back and think of the consequences, then youll realize that you would see death and destruction like you never have before

Lost in the recent arguments about the war and the solutions is the subject of the OIL. that is why we went in. What are we going to do to save the Oil for USA? I think it should be considered when discussing the consequences of winning or losing or whatever. Maybe a strategy that saves the oil but loses the war would be practical. The USA could use the oil to pay us back for the cost of the war. We could redeploy our troops around the oil and build refineries or pumping stations or bring in ships or whatever and take that oil home to USA and let the idiot muslims fight over who is god. Our troops could protect the oil and the operations. We could build a big permanent base there and defend it and admit that is what we wanted all along and stop all this crap about " building a democracy" blah blah Blah.
Know the truth and it shall make you free. We need the oil, we want the oil, we deserve the oil, so lets talk about it. Otherwise we should help Darfur, not Iraq. Be honest America
