Far too expansive and open a query... Someone listed the Globalsecurity.org site, and that is a fair reference.

The best always though is the Jane's series of books.

Even if you were only asking regarding the gravity-bombs post Viet Nam it would be a listing to make you head spin

theres about 4 different commonly used types ... 500lb tnt ...1000lb tnt ... cluster ...and then there are the "kits" they can install on either of the regular bombs to make them guided ... i think they now have a "penetrator" bomb also designed to punch through concrete bunkers before exploding ...
