I am a STA-21 OC and I just realized I can graduate early. The problem is that because of the way the designator selection process is set up I would have had to get my paperwork in by 30 Nov 06. I am due to graduate in Dec 07 but I realized I can and want to graduate at the end of this summer. If anyone can provide me guidiance I would appreciate it.
I asked my OIC and he said I should just graduate when I am expected to, but arent we supposed to graduate asap. Im thinking that Ill get commissioned and then get slid in to the next designater selection. I just dont want to fight and be wrong, and get sent directly to Iraq as some non designated floosie ensign. Ive worked hard to get to where I am, and I dont want to get screwed.

Currently my situation is I am a Navy spouse. We have one child and one on the way. My hubby is stationed in another state for his A school. We have a joint checking account so I do technically have access to the money he gets. But he spends it all. And I am sick and tired of falling behind on our bills (rent, electric, phone, etc) because he can not control his spending. I am under the impression that he does get extra BAH for being married, having a kid and his BAH is based on where I live not where he is stationed for school.

I would really like to know what my options are concerning this issue.

Since he can not control his spending ( For instance last month I wasn't able to pay our rent on time because he decided to get a tattoo (with out even talking to me or listening when I told he that we only have X amount in our bank account) And since we have a baby on the way I would like to at least start saving some money.

I've learned that its not the war but its knowing that I wouldn't be able to sleep with a woman for the entire time. You can't go into the local bar and meet local woman like in Vietnam. How do we alieviate this problem. would legalizing deployable brathels with american women increase troop moral and increase recruitment?

When the rest of the world saw clearly that Saddam had nothing to do with the 11S attacks... why even Mr. Bush had a high popularity in the first years of this disastrous occupation?

Get it straight....nobody is fighting for the USA in IRAQ....people are fighting and dying for the vicious lies of the Bush administration.
Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11/01, had no WMD. The USA is an aggressor nation that wants WAR because there is money in it.

Some of the very same companies that made millions during our previous wars are enjoying massive profits on this one.

Our troops are being made fools of by the greedy gangsters in Washington DC. The USA has no business in IRAQ, IRAN or any other country. We will be thrown out of IRAQ as we should be and as we were in Vietnam.

Not one US soldier died for his country in Vietnam or Iraq, they were pawns in a greedy game played out of Washington DC.

Think not...just follow the money...just follow the money.

Congress finally stopped all funding for the VIETNAM WAR...that is the ONLY thing that stopped it. FACT!

Follow the money BOZOS...if ya wanna Rambo into a coffin be my guest.

Also, why are our medical records always sealed when we travel with them? Is that to keep US out or Other people out of them? Am I just paranoid in thinking that some of these shots we get aren't always exactly what they say?

We sure could use 44'000 troops here at home to help law enforcement clean out the worst of neighborhoods in America. Orlando, Florida had 67 murders this year alone and there were thousands more throughout America. Why should we fight other peoples wars when we have enough to do at home, and we are paying for this with our tax dollars.....

...region of Sudan into Chad has captured growing attention in the U.S. due to belated media coverage and aggressive advertising by concerned groups, but the prospects in Washington dealing with the problem effectively seem slim. Darfur, is only one of a pox of conflicts that, together with HIV/AIDS, are causing the death of more and more people in parts of Africa, thus robbing it of the potential of mineral, oil, and gas deposits. Where it not for Iraq, WA. might have acted to stop what the Bush administration admits is a genocide in Darfur, or taken steps to prevent the take over of Somalia by an al Quaeda affiliated group. Unfortunately, even supporting small presence of U.S. Special Forces to lead a U.N. approved coalition peacekeeping force is beyond the the capability of the badly stretched U.S. military.
