I am a STA-21 OC and I just realized I can graduate early. The problem is that because of the way the designator selection process is set up I would have had to get my paperwork in by 30 Nov 06. I am due to graduate in Dec 07 but I realized I can and want to graduate at the end of this summer. If anyone can provide me guidiance I would appreciate it.
I asked my OIC and he said I should just graduate when I am expected to, but arent we supposed to graduate asap. Im thinking that Ill get commissioned and then get slid in to the next designater selection. I just dont want to fight and be wrong, and get sent directly to Iraq as some non designated floosie ensign. Ive worked hard to get to where I am, and I dont want to get screwed.

dude.. if you think you can graduate early you graduate early if that makes you happy.. it may be harder and everything but talk with as many people as you can.. no sense being rushed through all the processes afterwards if you have all the 'credits' you need

you may very well end up in Limbo until such time as you would have graduated originally. This may or may not entail going IA.

Frankly, I say stick with the original plan, especially if you would much prefer to go one Community over another.. because if you really don't wanna go SWO, chances are that's where you will end up by default if you graduate early. They have anticipated you graduating in Dec 07, and that's how they have planned out their manning needs.

there's no precedent for this and seeing as applicants for President are chosen through events with the aid of primaries there's no formal or constitutional rule. better than probably the vp and yet another candidate could assume the situation. decrease than the present project you should assume that Palin could replace John McCain and Hillary Clinton and Biden could replace Barack Obama. this could be a no longer common question for the 5th grade!!
