THE DRAFT IS NOT COMING BACK! One congressman wants the draft back. For one, this will never get passed. And if it did, the President would vito it right away. He is one of the few people that want a draft. It will take something like World War III to bring the draft back. So will you stop complaining or giving us your "opinion" that the draft is coming back? The draft is NOT coming back, period.

Kathy on a different question responded with ' I think that the draft will return because the countrys poor are usually the only ones that join the armed forces. Nobody has a natural will to die in war, so those that have better oppurtunities do not join"

Surely we can't be that ignorant. YES there are some "poor" people that have volunteered - However, I don't believe the people that went to college for the express purpose of serving our country can be categorized in that. MOST people join the military because its an honorable profession and I would be more than willing to have some soldiers tell you that

I know this may sound like an odd question, but this is my first time attending a Military funeral. Last Sunday my cousin Senior Airman Daniel B. Miller Jr. was killed in Iraq, to make a long story short he will be flown back here to Illinois on Sunday and his funeral is on Wednesday. My question, what should I wear to his funeral? I ask simply because in my family as long as your dressed nicely, it doesn't have to be a suit and tie, it is fine. But is it more appropriate and formal to go to his funeral in a suit & tie? Thank you.
