If you are talking about what I think you are talking about, then no it is not, but in some situations, no needs to be met with pure brutal force. For instance, If either of my girls are in trouble , and I mean real danger, and someone told me "No" when I wanted to pass to help either of them out, then that will be met with Pure Brutal Force. I will help my daughters and their is not anyone who will tell me "No" to that.
