After my Father-in-law's funeral, my husband received the flag from his father's casket, but it is misshaped and the fold is sloppy, and uneven, it is even more evident after we put it in its display case, is there someone I can contact to have it refolded correctly?

Are the leaders so unsure about how well they can protect their own people that they believe leaving Iraq will result in another 9/11?
And If you believe you can answer the first question with an easy YES or NO...Answer me this, Why oh why are there private corporation-hired civilian "contractors" in Iraq "doing the Troops' jobs"? These "contractors" are not military. They don't answer to any law and they are told to Interrogate and capture random Iraqis.
Can you answer that? Once you do answer that, please answer Why then are the troops being charged $25 for a bag of lunch?

I am not real informed on the whole thing. Since my husband joined the Army, I banned my self from watching any type of news or anything like that. So it has been years since I have been informed. Any answers please?

With the war in Iraq spiralling out of control due to radicals. I sit time that we really looked at what we have done there and call it a failure.
We went there on the premis of WMD'S - 3 years late still none are found.
Although I beleive we should stay until the job is done and Iraq can be self governing but in my eyes its a massive failure.
There is no security - Electricity is only available for 6 hours a day - the health system is in dissaray
Is this really a case for democracy?

My husband and I are both AD Army stationed in Germany. I am pregnant with a baby who will need emergency surgery upon birth. The military hospital over here cannot perform it, and I prefer not to go to the German hospital. What are the chances of our compassionate reassignment being approved, and of both of us getting approved?

Do you feel like your getting the support of Americans?
Are there still ample goodies coming from organizations?
I see this topic come up alot, so my objective is to try to get just your side of the story.
I have to say that I am very patriotic, and fly colors high and wide for this country and her troops/service members.
I could have been forgotten, but never was. I wanna hear from any of you and your take on the level of support and how we can help more.
hoot hoot to any 95b MP corps folks.

I have heard that America owes the UN millions in back payments .
Is this true .
I also think that America has become a bullying nation , most powerful and always ready to interfere in other nations business.
I remember the invasion of Grenada , a British protectorate with not so much as a by your leave .
Heralded as a great victory despite the fact that it was "" defended "" by sweepers and janitors "" and that most of the casualties were that beloved american saying ...friendly fire and that most of the UK casualties in Desert Storm were that same ol thing ""friendly fire"" .....meaning fire from american cowboys

i am not a politician nor do I clame to be one. I have no clue about politics. I was just wondering since we have a republican Presidant and democrats running the house and senate, what are my odds of getting shipped overseas? (Since democrats want us out of Iraq) ALSO i am not asking this question for an answer saying that i should "MAN UP" and do my civic duty. this I know and If i had to, i would go. but just like almost every person military, i dont want to go. what i am wondering is, if anyone wanted to join the military-wouldnt now be the time? and what are my odds of getting shipped overseas?
