Could be she is listening to a majority of Americans
Could be she has some degree of intelligence
Could be she has an eye on the oval office
I have no idea, I'm not American, though I can say I've heard her speak on issues concerning Americans and she seems to avoid the foot in mouth disease most other politicians from that nation suffer! If she was a racehorse I'd be inclined to back her each way!!!!! Also she acts like a lady!
Add: Every country needs a military to protect itself, not the overkill the US has to "police" other nations

Nancy Pelosi is super rich, liberal C. U. N. T., she makes Jane Fonda looks like a picnic. She's never poor or normal working class person.
She loves communist, socialist idea and wants to implement them on to US citizens.
So, she will do anything (right or wrong morally) just to make a stand to Republicans.

Some people believe subversion and destabilization is the best method of competition.
It also occurs to me that civilians are so possessed with the idea that they own the US as property that they think the personell are a threat to everything. It is true that force and violence is a means to an end. The inner circles of that establishment are very dangerous. This guerrilla society is very real but congress passes no legislation to contain it and partakes in it just the same.

Yes, the democratic representative's record is atrotious towards the military and she is clearly one of the most anti-military representatives to have ever held a seat, democrat or republican. She has even authored bills to limit and sometimes to cancel military training. I have no idea why.

I'm sure its because things like our failing high school students and people with no healthcare are a tad bit more important that gunning down people 3000 miles away. Wake up, we need to concentrate on our horrible situation over here, get the troops back, and be a respectable nation again

Because everyone supposedly wants peace, and when you actually think about it....What is peaceful about ANY military?
*Add* I see I'm getting plenty of thumbs down on my answer..It must be from those who claim they dont like war/killing and but support having a military. But my question/answer still stands. What is a military created for? the simple answer is war. We cant say we have it for our protection..Hell we probably now have more bases in other countries than we do in our own.
