Cleary, the US is the only remaining super power left in the world. In the forefront of international events, Korea and Iran (among other nations) are talking about their progress in developing nuclear energy and is under considerable scrutiny over weathe or not their intentions are for WMDs, but for energy.

Ronald Reagan and Mikail Gorbachev are commendable in their efforts to reduce their arsenals of nuclear warheads. Why do we now insist on keeping ours, but jump on anyone else who hints at developing such weapons.

I have read reports of the peacekeeper icbm and the soviet ss-18 both holding 10 warheads each about 20 times as powerful as hiroshima. does anyone know for a fact what the world's most powerful nuclear weapon is?

We are leaving the 14th, and have to report to Fort Lewis, WA on the 19th. We are driving there and have a few boxes of household goods that need to be shipped. Can we do this via UPS or something? I wish we had more time to figure this stuff out, but what the heck are we going to do?! We don't have time or money to pay for a mover, and we can't rent a truck or anything. Who should we call, what should we do?! My husband is the one serving in the army.

im getting shipped next summer and im a little concerned with army boot camp.

my recruiter told me that men and women go through the exact same training and your life will be miserable if you can't do the exercises they do there cuz then they'll put you seperatly to train you to pass the standard.

but that's okay because i still have about 6 months to prepare for it.

**** WHAT I AM REALLY CONCERNED WITH IS ..!!****

what about when im on my pms??
can i get like a day off or reduced training???

women who are/have been in army.. please answer...

i wanna kno, how is it even possible for somebody to not support the troops? i dont care if u dont support the president, i dont care if u dont support the war...you MUST support the troops no matter what. they are our sons and daughters, brothers, and sisters, etc. i mean youve gotta b incredibly stupid to not support them. they're out there fighting, some getting killed, all to protect your sorry asses whom dont even support them. i dont understand how people cannot suport them. Now for those of you who will b saying that its my freedom of expression to believe how i wanna, IT IS BECAUSE OF OUR TROOPS THAT YOU EVEN HAVE THAT RIGHT TO EXPRESS YOURSELF. we owe them everything

The Military newspapers are calling for the resignation of Rumsfeld. Democrats are about to take control of the House and *perhaps* the Senate. A lot of Republicans want Rumsfeld out. Things are crumbling for Rumsfeld...how much longer can Bush keep him?

No mindless chest-beated answers please.

The reason why I am asking because the textbooks at my school are too simplistic and keeps things short and sweet. i.e. they aren't very informative or clear on the reasons behind the actions.

Based on his record of unecessary war(s) should he be tried for genocide, war crimes & crimes, against humanity?

Since we all now know that the reason for Iraq was an elaborate lie. (and Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11 )

With America growing more and more out of touch and out of step with the rest of the world and their penchant for "Pre-emptive war genocide, racism, spying, neo-con governments; policies of economic and ecological devastation for the rest of the world, are they doomed to fall onto the same scrap heap of the past empires?.. if so when? and how soon do you hope so?

I don't mean the Flakvierling, or the Flak88 uber cannon, but the kind that fires shells that explode in little black poofs. They can be seen in many ww2 games, TV programs and movies.

I just wondred how they work? Do they actually explode when they come near a plane? Or is it more like a fuse is lit within the shell when it fires, and its up to luck if it blows near the planes or not?

Thanks,

-Bacon
