I am just curious, is there anyone who cannot see the potential problems of the US pulling out of Iraq now? If we pull out now, everything that our soldiers have died for and the tax payers have paid for will be for nothing. We will most certainly be handing a victory to the terrorist. It would show our enemies that they can influence changes in our government if they make conditions hard enough which I believe would result in more attacks in our own country. If I'm wrong in anyway please tell me.

I'm curious, am I the only person who can see the horrible consequences that would come from a with drawl from Iraq now? Consider the number of American soldiers who have given their lives for Iraq and the US, fighting to keep as many terrorists overseas as possible.
Let me describe a few of the consequences I mentioned. First, the country we have worked so hard for, would be destroyed by civil war. Second out of the mass destruction from the civil war, a new terrorist regime comes to power and we find ourselves with another Afghanistan (I appologize now for any spelling errors) or Iran invades and conquers Iraq without Americans forces to stop them or they simply provide the greatest influence to the terrorist regime that takes over Iraq. Third, Iran and its allies, Sierria and the Palestinians crush Israel. Fourth and worst of all, Iran succeeds in acquiring nuclear weapons and gives them to the terrorist who perhaps are successful in getting the weapon to the US. (part 1 of 2)

I'm trying to make a few shadowboxes that will contain American flags that were flown while I was in Iraq. I want to place a certificate and medals above the flag, which the folded flag will be resting on the bottom centered in a 16x20 box. Nearly all shadow boxes I seen had the flag either above everything else placed in the box, or in a top corner. Is there proper etiquette for flag placement in a shadowbox?
