The Air Force let someone in age 35 just last year!

Did you know the ARMY is taking them in up to 40??

Did you know that I heard somewhere on here that "mostly middle to upperclass with college educations" constitute the majority of the enlistees?? IF thats true (its not) then why don't the staunch Bush supporters with decent jobs and college educations just go sign right up???

If you don't wish to see your country destroyed by the percieved threat of "liberal *******" then why don't you go sign up right now and protect that wich you hold so dear instead of expecting others to go and do it for you?

We could really use some overwhelming force right now... so if you feel that this war and these facades for invasion are true and just... then I URGE YOU TO GO SIGN UP RIGHT NOW! GO BE A REAL PATRIOT since thats what you seem to fancy yourself as already!!!

Heres my story... Terrible problems with gambling.. I lost two vehicles due to gambling and completely drained my bank account.. While I was in air borne training I went to my CO and told him I needed help, that I needed to go see a therapist. He ignored my complaint so my family sent a message through red cross saying I needed help with gambling. He took this one serious and gave me a two week leave. I returned home and for 6 months lost every penny I made and more... Never returned since. Now I am going to GA for gambling and seeing a therapist... My recruiter knows I am AWOL and so do all my family and friends.. I have a job where I had to pass a background check and I have been pulled over and ticketed 2 months ago... I went to court and nothing!!! I never made it to my official unit.. I went from ait in benning to airborne in benning.. I would love to get over this Gambling problem and be able to serve my contract out proudly.. I never ran from anything I love the army and the USA

If everyone wants to believe that the attacks on the World Trade Center were aimed at civilian casualties instead of the financial center of America(which finances American and Israeli military)- Why didn't they hit the bridge that was packed with people escaping and why did they wait until one of the slowest times in the day to attack?

now i'm from australia and we don't hav an obcession with guns, in fact i'd say the majority of our population is decidedly ANTI-gun.

i mean c'mon, why do u need a gun away? unless bears r going to march into your house. imagine if every single person in the world had a gun, there would b noone left very shortly.

A gun for self defense? yes self-defense against other ppl with guns who hav them for the same reason.

Guns make people agressive, coz thye know they can resort to uysing the gun if they lose an argument.

The right to bear arms? yes. the right to be a completely irresponsible. probbaly not....

The problem is I have already been in the U.S. Airforce for 2 years 9 months and got diagnosed with OCD and I was medically discharged under honorable conditions. It has been over 3 years since then I want to go back in and do it right this time. I believe that the OCD had a lot to do with maturity and the fact that I wasnt ready yet. I want to be a Navy Seal more then life itself. Does anybody have any advice on training or if it is even possible to get back in the military under the Navy under a waver or anything because I really want to go to Coronado to BUDS training I want to be a Seal really really bad. Any help would be most helpful. Thanks in advance if any Navy Recruiters see this call me at 5133495568. Thanks my name is Travis.

The folks at the Selective Service website writes that "late registrations are accepted, but not once I reach 26" and right above that paragraph is "a man turning 18 is required to register during the period of time beginning 30 days before, until 30 days after his 18th birthday...a 60-day window."

Im 18 right now, so do I wait until im 25 to sign up or do it now?
Anyone who can explain it, please do!

Thank you.

Explain to me why you have 3 ranks of seaman (seaman recruit, seaman apprentice, and seaman) along with 2 Rear Admirals, and a Poop Deck, and take offense to people thinking there are so many homosexualls in the navy.
