Military - September 2006

There is a revision to AR 600-9. I am trying to find out if a soldier is flagged because of the old regulation and is about to become seperated from the army, is that seperation terminated because of the revised regulation... Thanks!

1) Approach dumb rich ignorant student talking about "peace" and saying there should be, "no retaliation."
2) Engage in brief conversation, ask if military force is appropriate. 3) When he says "No," ask, "Why not?"
4) Wait until he says something to the effect of, "Because that would just cause more innocent deaths, which would be awful and we should not cause more violence."
5) When he's in mid sentence, punch him in the face as hard as you can. 6) When he gets back up to up to punch you, point out that it would be a mistake and contrary to his values to strike you, because that would, "be awful and he should not cause more violence."
7) Wait until he agrees that he has pledged not to commit additional violence.
8) Punch him in the face again, harder this time.

Repeat steps 5 through 8 until they understand that sometimes it is necessary to punch back.

I hope to get thousands signed on.

I am a British citizen, and I'm not totally against nuclear weapons, but I just don't see any point in Britain having them. The amount we currently have is too small to make a difference in an all out nuclear war, and in a smaller conflict we can be sure that NATO would come to our aid. I just think the money needed to update the system could be better spent on hospitals and the only reason the government is considering developing a new system is political, not tactical.

It is said that the "Hydrogen Bomb" if exploded on a flat suface area can destroy everything in a radius of 14Km.
But tha Hydrogen Bomb is said to be Environmentally dangerous if 5 or 6 of them ever get Exploded on our planet it may destroy our environment.
The Newest type of Bombs are the "Neutron Bombs"It is said to be a "Clean Bomb" as it does not destroy property it only destroys biological life, so what is the radius destruction of a Neutron Bomb
Also state all the other capabilities of this Bomb.

I'm living in Kabul and see ISAF soldiers from every country every day. Among all fo them Americans behave very bad when every one they come accros. even with my boss who himself is an merican. one day i and my boss was in the car when American soldeirs himed at him the pistol and worned him. he was very ashimed and told me that all americans are not like this except most of them. the same thrit is for all ISAF sols. but why only american are like this. It would seem that Iran are again prepared to enter into talks with the EU regarding their nuclear programs and that President Ahmadinejad is open to new conditions and strongly believes that this can be settled amicably. The EU welcomes this and wants to use diplomacy to end this argument and to reach a satisfactory outcome with Iran.

Now the Americans on the other hand, have come back on the attack still accusing Iran of aggressively pursuing atomic bombs. Is it time for the Americans to just simply butt out if they are not prepared to enter into diplomatic discussions.....

Or was there some kind of vote I slept through when the world voted for the US to become the worlds law enforcement agency?
They don't exactly have a great track record in their own country... how the hell do they think they can solve the worlds problems?

I asked "Has anyone ever dealt with this before" and got some really good answers. But now my question is when my boyfriend left he said they got 2 morale calls a wk. Its been 2 wks since I've heard from him, is this true? He is in the Air Force and is stationed at Camp Bucca. I'm willing to wait on him but not knowig if we are even together is hard. The last e-mail wasn't a very nice one. I want to support him and everything but I also don't want to be used by sending him things and just sitting here waiting on him either. I feel like maybe he's just not calling so I'll leave him alone and move on. I'm really confused as to what to do. Our relationship has been one minute we are talking about getting married the next he doesn't know what he wants. HELP
