Can't these people think on their own? Don't they know they are going down in shame in Iraq like their father did in Vietnam? No way will they win in Iraq due to the insurgents beating the USA military's butt.

What's a nice gift I could get him? I was thinking about a Saint Michael's medal that he could wear on his dogtags, but I'm Catholic and he's not and he mightfeel as if I'm forcing my religion on him if I do that. What should I wear? Graduation is in 3 weeks. What should I expect? He'll be gradutating from Fort Jackson, South Carolina. And, theres this rumor going around that I can visit the base on Sundays and go to church with him, but apparently I'm not allowed to so much as look at him in a sentual way let alone hug him or kiss him? lol Any advice would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

The military has upped the enlistment age, made it easier for felons to enlist, and lowered the intelligence requirements to boost enlistment... But a homosexual person, no matter how much of an asset they could be in their service, would get booted out the second they are outed.

I'm sorry... but could someone make sense of that for me?
I'd much rather have an intelligent hardworking homosexual defending my freedom than a criminal with an IQ of 85.

Conventional WW2 bombs were primarily destroyers of property. People had air raid warnings and shelters so it was undoubtedly dangerous but it was possible to avoid being killed and it was even possible to move away from regularly bombed areas.

Nuclear bombs, on the other hand, totally eliminated all life and property within the blast area and then carried on killing and mutilating future generations of the survivors within the fallout area for decades afterwards. Nukes are therefore spefically indiscriminate life takers even more than they are destroyers of property.

With the soldiers away fighting and the cities primarily populated by women, chiildren and old people, would dropping these bombs have been seen as a war crime if it had not be done by the winning side?

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!!! it would return some better answers.

this is not to discredit anyone, or meant to be offensive, just answer what you'd want. if nothing say nothing. But actually post the word "nothing".

if you simply want it over, say you just want it over.

if you could change a particular objective, state which one.

i just need to figure out how to word a question.

thanks.

I know this guy who joined the Marines and he was saying how much better the Marines were than the Army(my boyfriend's in the army)

and that how much harder his bootcamp will be than what my boyfriend went through. I told him that each branch was different so the boot camps are different. He still doesn't see it that way.
