According to The Disaster Center’s Rothstein Catalogue for Disaster Planning there were 16,137 people murdered in the US in 2004:
So far only 2600 (ish) soldiers have died in the war on iraq.............Says a lot for the state of america......

You saw the build-up, you had the anger then TV gave you live images like a video game but this was for real.

Iraq getting a big chunk of bombs on its head and revenge was delivered.

I would like to know if this was 'good' TV. It is almost a sick bloodlust but I must admit to liking what I saw and it was compelling viewing.

Just a suggestion but if the west wants to really hit the source of annoyance to peace, should 'we' just go in full force and nuke Iran, Syria and then bang north Korea?

Iran have been taking the p*ss for quite a while and Syria was where all the WMD's were shipped to in the Iraq war.

Forget tolerance because these people do not show any mercy. Just nuke the aforementioned targets and maximise collateral damage. Save the money for smart bombs and cruise missiles, just carpet bomb the lot and use up some spare nuclear weapons to destroy all the bunker ragheads.

According to an AP article (via CNN) on the 12th of this month, Air Force Sect'y Michael Wynne announced he wants to test-run their new microwave "non-lethal" weapons on "unruly crowds" here on our home soil, so that international public opinion will be less negative when they export them! I have heard reports, by the way, of bodies found in Iraq with no bullet holes, intact torsos and limbs, but burned heads; blackened teeth and exploded eyes. Iraqi doctors cannot confirm cause of death. Hmm....sounds like they are already microwaving to me

Would a suicide bomb threat would be higher in this case?

Israel is a racially dominated country (75 percent jews) which has a protected border and immigration system. Isn't it true that Iraq's borders are open (with bad accounting of it's population) and the small, but extremely efficent Hezbollah could get there? Iraq is majorly Arab, so it would be easier to enter and hide.

Would they introduce the suicide and death squads that weren't seen in the Lebanon-Israeli war, because of the strong border security by Israel?

The saber rattling is getting louder, and the fictional prenouncements are getting more shirl every day. The idea that Iran can hit the United States with a missle is perposterious. They can't get even successfully shoot a short range missle and make it work right.
Our whole military rational is just simply stupid. We can not start a nuclear war, and we can not win a gurrella war. The only kind of War we can fight is a defensive war. The idea of a preemptive war is also perposterious. We have showed the world that with the Iraq war. And now we are threatening to lose the Afgan. War. Lord, how did we get so many lop-headed leaders?

Do marines really think it is their God given right to cheat? I have heard this over and over that they feel they do not have to live by the moral standards of marrage. They feel they should be able to cheat. Is this true? Please answer honestly....

They say that the modern A-Bombs are 10 times more powerful then the ones used in Japan, and if a few Bombs are blown or used in war they can damage the environment, (suppose if any Country deploys a 10 megaton A Bomb On its enemy Country if their borders are near Atomic dust Debris can effect the health of both the countries people)
So a Solution to this would be Develop a 1000 same size A Bombs
used in Japan and if your Enemy Country attacks deploy those Bombs spread out(if the situation is Emergent)
I came up with the Assumption from the fact that in Hirosima and Nagasaki many deformed Children are still born, but the Rest of Japan is Unaffected by the Nuclear fallout.
I do not intend to Kill any one , But what do you think about my Idea
about saving your Country with Nuclear bombs in this manner ?

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

My husband is currently deployed in Iraq, he's set to get out of the Marines in July of next year. He'd like to reenlist, but only if he can stay in one place for at least 3 years (basically get out of the fleet and have a smaller chance of continually being deployed). He's already spoken with his career counselor about being a MEF instructor in Camp Pendleton but the hours are ridiculously long, and he would have to stay out in the field at least one out of every three days. He's been looking into it as much as he has a chance to while in Iraq, and I'm trying to find out as much information as I can here. Anyone know of something he can look into, even if it's in a different branch?
