We're stationed in Italy now and I absolutely love it, but we've done a lot of traveling around Europe since we moved here, and I think Greece and Switzerland are two of the most beautiful Countries I have seen. Switzerland had incredible skiing, and the people were very warm and friendly, but I have found that in just about every European Country that I have been to.
Italy is fascinating because of their history. It's incredible to still see castles and houses that stood in some cases, thousands of years ago, still standing there on the side of a mountain, or right in the middle of a village that has just built around them. And the Italian people are so unique and kind.
Germany, England and Ireland were also beautiful. Really, I can't think of a country that I have been to overseas that hasn't been an incredible experience.

I've only been to Japan and Korea. I was only in Japan for 2 days, so I guess Korea. I was stationed at Camp Humphreys in Pyongtek, So. Korea. I wouldn't say it was the best place I've ever been...but the only place I have stayed overseas.

I wish I could say Europe, but alas I was in Japan. But Lake Towada was spectacular. And here in North America I love the smell of the maple in Canada. Mexico hasn't really excited me that much.

It's a toss up for me. I loved Mombasa, Kenya and Athens, Greece. Both were full of interesting, friendly people when I was there.
My totally favorite place was Nova Scotia, Canada, but that isn't really overseas.

Australia rocks!
Great people, beautiful country, all the familiar things of home mixed with a bit of the exotic as well. They have a great relaxed attitude and really know how to have a good time. They work hard and play hard. I highly recommend it!
