Are they still alive? Dead? I haven't found any additional information on these 2 men, whose kidnapping started the intense battle between Israel and Hezbollah, and am curious.

I am interested in training military dogs, but can't seem to find information on the MOS or requirements for the job. I know that MPs work the dogs once they are trained, but that's not what I want to do. I want to train the dogs and the handlers to work together, which is what I understand the Training Squadron at Lackland does for all of the branches.

Does anyone have experience with this unit, and can anyone provide information on what it takes to get into it? I know Lackland is an AFB, but is the Training Squadron Air Force only? I'm looking into joining the Army, so that's where I've looked.

Without beating around the bush, what would you have done in 2003 about Iraq, not knowing what we now know about the WMD's not being there? And, tell me why that would make any sense.

Hi all -- My boyfriend will graduate USNA this year and most likely go on to flight school in Pensacola, FL to become a pilot or NFO. I'm wondering what life has been like for people in similar situations. Also, the perspective of a wife, girlfriend, etc. would be very helpful. Thanks!

Does anyone know what an air reserve technician is? I know that they get paid on a GS scale vs. a military scale, but it seems like you would be taking a big pay cut because you would be losing your other military benefits like housing allowance, BAS, flight pay, etc. Could anyone explain this to me? Thanks!

These are my five top weapon systems of WWII.
1) German 88, best over all weapon, anti-tank, anti-aircarft, and artillery. Probably extended European War by 6mons.
2) Essex Class aircraft carrier. Complete superiority over the Pacific, choked off Japan.
3)IL-2 Shturmovik tank busting aircraft. Shut down German qualitative armour superiority on the Eastern Front.
4)M1 Garand Rifle, the greatest infantry rifle of the war.
5)Not a traditional weapon system, but the war on battlefield infections, penicillin, probably saved more lives, except for not going to war.
I don't care if you agree or disagree I just want to see other people's opinions.
