Below is the link for the official US policy on dual citizenship. I won't go into it too much except to say that basically the US doesn't have a policy against dual citizenship. As I understand it, a person of any country, assuming they are not on the list of debarred countries, needs to intentionally renounce their US citizenship (officially or by their actions) to lose it. Therefore, it should not be a surprise that citizens have the rights of citizens--e.g. the right to vote. In regards to voting, they are subject to the same registration and requirements as any other citizen. I think it says something that Jewish folks, according to your statement, actually care enough to get involved in the political process in not just one but two countries. It would likewise apply to any dual citizen from any country who has the means and the motivation to get involved in both of their countries. Wouldn't it be great if US-only citizens cared so much. Do you vote? I don't think you must cheat on one country, especially in the case of Israel. Whether you like them or not, from a national perspective we have few more strident allies than Israel, concerning US interests in the world and especially in the Middle East. Unless we go to war with Israel someday, or are supporting those who want to destroy them, I expect that they (and therefore their citizens) would be on our side when it counts.
