I will support and defend the constitution * which forbids such action, and obey the lawful orders of the President of the United States and the Officiers appointed over me! Key word LAWFUL

I dont know why the president would want that, but if it was best for the country then yes. If our President was someone like Hitler or Saddam Hussein then no.
