Why then did a bunch of thugs break into my neighbours daughters place tie her up and then rob them in front of her daughter and then TAZER their helpless POODLE? The police need to be trained further in using communication than something that can mame or kill! I deplore the use of these vechicles of " DEATH ". Sadly, the Dog is okay, but is more gun shy than ever. It's like shoot now ask questions later, deal with the authorities. Why, not use rubber bullets or pepper spray instead? Or something a little less deadly!

i'm 17 and im charged with complicity,probation violation,delinquent/unruly child because i was a complice for stealing a car and going on high spd. chase. i've already been to court oct.21 go back jan.15 for pre-trial i got a good attorney . he said he thinks he can get me out of lockup and just have house arrest. but i want some other opionions from ppl that also have an idea on what might happen when final court comes around with them charges. thank you for all your help i appreciate it.

He has a great, but fictitious, organization that goes around the country uncovering demon cops. I hope he has a priest with him to exorcise the demons, or does he need a white wizard? Or is it a black wizard? I never can keep that straight.

18, caught shoplifting, no police were called, only told i must pay a fine to cover the costs of the security guards time. when will this letter come? what will be on the outside of the envolope? from who? i don't want my parents wondering what it is.. so i want to know what the letter will be labeled.. also how do i pay this fine? do i send money? can i go to the bank? how?

In other words, when a municipality or locality has a history of police corruption, won't the citizens of the community find it hard to believe just about ANYTHING law enforcement in that community says after a while? Hence, prejudicing a jury to free a real criminal due to "doubt" weather reasonable or unreasonable.

How heavily does corruption weigh on the scales of true justice?

1. Can the police forfeit a vehicle that has a loan out on it, and is being financed?
2. That is owned by two people, AND?
3. The amount owed on the loan is more than you could sell it for, OR after selling it at a car dealer's (inflated) price, would make less than $500.?

What do they do with the car?
Especially if they can't make any money on it?

I just recieved a speeding ticket. I was doing 67 in a 45 so 22 over. I the cop gave me a $160 ticket and told me where to go to pay it. But I was wondering what is the mph over that would suspend your lisence? And would the cop have told me if it was going to be suspended right there, or the place that I am going to go to to pay it? Also any idea of how many points this is going to get me? Thanks for your time.

I realized I was being followed for about 5 miles by the police...all the while they followed at a distance, but every turn I made they made....until eventually I pulled in my driveway and in the garage. After that they drove off...

Why do they do that. It makes me nervous as hell.

Does that mean that a girl 16 1/2 years old and a guy 18 years old having sex isn't considered statutory rape? Because he's under 19 and the age between the two is LESS than two years?

I live in a townhome with my fiance we just got a puppy and the neighbor next to us approached us today swearing and threating to "ring our necks" because our puppy barked last night around 10pm. We appologized for the insident but our neighbor would not back down, he continued to scream profanities and threats. This is the third time he has approached us aggressively. We have only been living here for three months and would hate to move, we are also concerned that contacting police would only increase his rage and aggression towards us. What is the safest option for us; we have already attempted reasoning with him calmly but all he does is scream and make violent threats towards both of us. Everyone else in our neighborhood his wonderful. What is the best way to handle this situation?

A couple months ago I got arrested for underage drinking in PA but now I got accepted into the ARD program to get the record sealed. 2 weeks ago ( 3 days before trial scheduling) was notified I was accepted into ard and have not heard anything since. What is going to happen next and in what time frame? I know I am going to have to have a probation officer but how long in advance will I know about the first meeting? What if my system is dirty with thc for the first meeting? Technically I wasn't on probabtion yet but god forbid this case goes really fast and I have to see a PO, what will happen? Thanks

I have a friend who just found out that his blood father left his mom a few weeks after being born. He was an abusive father and always drunk. He used to always stalk my friend's mother. After a few years he finally left her alone. Fast forward almost 20 years later. He is back and starting to stalk my friend and his mother. When can they file for a restraining order? What line does he have to cross? How would they even go about doing this?

If a criminal gives you a call and ask you to come a film a crime he is just about to commit, and you go and film the crime, but do not let police know anything, then you go and place the video on u tube or in the Internet. Can you get arrested as an acomplice, even if you did not join in the crime, just recorded the whole thing. This person claims that he does it all the times and then put in on the internet for the people can be aware that crime is well and alive and to show the people who commit the crime. I think he is as guilty as the people commiting the crimes. He also claims that he is a film maker, but won't do anything to stop the crime or to let the police be aware he will go and film a crime. Can someone please tell me that he can get arrested. He is not a reporter or anything like that. The criminals call him and he goes and film. Then he gets money for placing it on the Internet. I saw this on tv and me and my husband had a big argument. My hubby say that he has the right
