I'm not sure the poodle would have appreciated rubber bullets, either. Nor would rubber bullets prevent the poodle from being gun shy.
Death from a taser is a fallacy, not a reality. The statistics show over 97% of people are not even injured by the taser, let alone killed. Trust the facts, not opinions.

haha the taser didn't even kill the poodle and your saying it can kill a human being? Thats messed up logic right there. Rubber bullets cause more serious damage to a body then a taser ever will. Not to mention you take a deadly weapon out of my hand (a firearm) and give me a less than lethal weapon (rubber bullet), I am seriously f-ed if someone decides to get into a shootout with me, I only have rubber bullets? Hell no.
Don't resist arrest and you won't be tased! Don't resist arrest and you won't be tased!
I can either:
1.Shoot you, which results in death, not appropriate for most situations
2. hit you with a baton, which results in Blunt force trauma, which can leave you with broken bones and internal bleeding, and still may not stop you
3. Pepper spray, I hate pepper spray, it gets everywhere and sometimes does not gain compliance, and allows you to still use all of your body parts
OR
4. tase you, which hurts like a mother f-er when the trigger is pulled, completely takes you out of the fight and stops any and all pain once it is over.
PS IF the taser was deadly, They would not give the option for police to get to ride the lightning in the training.
PPS I think if anyone spells taser with a 'z' you can safely assume you have no idea how they work or why they are not deadly.

I guess they are not "vehicles of DEATH" if the poodle did not die. The Poodle wasn't maimed or killed either. My guess would be that if the police would havee pepper sprayed the dog you would have complained about that too. BTW- pepper spray is nasty inside an enclosed room. So if they would hav sprayed the dog, the woman, cops, and everyone in the room would be coughing and gaging.- and you would have said that that was too much force. Rubber bullets can kill at close ranges, and the police cant call a time out in order to load rubber bullets into their sidearms.
The Taser- was 'less deadly"

Cops that are issued tasers are required to get shot with one and the charge held for 5 seconds as part of their training. I guess I miss all the news shows where people die from tasers.

If you don't want to be tazer or shot, then don't resist or run from authorities!!!!! What part of that don't people understand?
Officers don't just walk up and tazer you, most of the videos I've seen on tv were of people who thought they could just behave however they wanted and get away with it and had no respect for the officers in charge, therefore they got what they deserved.

The simple fact is that is that stun guns kill and should be used with the same discretion as a firearm if at all.
