A couple months ago I got arrested for underage drinking in PA but now I got accepted into the ARD program to get the record sealed. 2 weeks ago ( 3 days before trial scheduling) was notified I was accepted into ard and have not heard anything since. What is going to happen next and in what time frame? I know I am going to have to have a probation officer but how long in advance will I know about the first meeting? What if my system is dirty with thc for the first meeting? Technically I wasn't on probabtion yet but god forbid this case goes really fast and I have to see a PO, what will happen? Thanks

Simply put, behave for the next year. Stop the drugs, alcohol and other illegal behavior for the next year.

Conditions will be stipulated to cover the implementation of the probation and follow it to the letter so that you will immediately be granted freedom.
