I mean, thats the only thing they test for that stays in your body more than a few days. Drug testing companies have used Marijuana as a focal point to sell their products and services since drug testing started. Is it possible that small amounts of mariuana will become legal, therefore flipping the balance of these companies onto the truly dangerous drugs? And leaving me, a proud, family feeding, tax paying, pot smoking, hardworking American alone?

My brother's cellphone was stolen from school today. He's writing exams and it's school policy not to allow students to keep their phones on them, to prevent cheating. They have a "system" where the device gets a stick-on label with the student's name on it, gets signed in and is put in a box which is supposedly supervised by the teacher. Once the exam was over, the phone was missing, meaning someone signed out 2 handsets.
I do not blame my brother, as he was simply following school rules...
My question is, should i hold the teacher/school responsible, as someone was obviously negligent?

If I was to burn (or rip) a dollar in front of a on duty police officer what would I be guilty of, what type of crime would this be (misdemeanor or felony), what exactly would the punishment be?

Please don’t send me hate mail, or hate IMs on this one. I wasn’t planning on doing it, if you don’t like the question, hit yourself in the head with a hammer or don’t answer.

Should the demons be banished by priests, or should the possesed be sectioned and brainwashed by the quacks at the asylum?

Or should the accused be judged on his or her behaviour by a jury and suitably punished by the judicial system? (After he has done his acting out and found a victim or broken the law.)

Specifically, do you feel it is working? What if legal would vilence go down in inner cities since gangs wouldn't have all that dope money to fight over? Do you think it is a lost cause because of demand like during the prohibition of alcohol? Is there a corulation between the war on drugs and the rise of gang violence that started soon after?? Thanks, I'm thinking of changing to libertarian party. Sick of GOP and Liberals. The libertarian party's views on decriminalizing victimless crime is intriquing but I want to hear from some experts on the front lines so to speak.

I deposited a check 5 days ago. the day after deposit the check had cleared.. I withdrew the exact amount of the check the next day. I did not have enough money in my bankat the time to cover the check if it was bad. but they said it cleared and paid me. today my bank wants the money back. they say the check was bad. If the check was bad why would they pay me on it. even if i could not cover it according to balance. i could not take the check to the bank it was drawn from, they do not do that here. you have to have n account with the back to cash a check. and i do not have over draft protection

I am a republican and I agreed with Talents ideas and morals. I think McCaskill was way to wishy washy. She cant even tell you where she grew up...she grew up in my town and everyone here knows and still keeps in touch with her. She wears a flip flop on her head...seriously...and then about the stem cell research...dont even get me started...life is to be valued not created and destroyed in a labrotory. They say that its not cloning but they take eggs out of a womans womb and fertilize it...then around 14 days later they take out the nucleus and implant it in another egg and then take the stem cells that have been formed out and test them on animals. What about that is not cloning? What about that is morally justified?

I have a friend who wants to be emancipated. We live in Washington state, she is 15 and is basically forced to be the "mother" to her brothers and sisters. The only man she has known as her dad now lives in California and said he would do whatever it takes to help her. How do/would we go about starting the process to get her emancipated or give custody of her over to me or her step-father?
