OSHA prohibits giving miners alcohol prior to or during their shifts due to the hazardous nature of their jobs. Plying them with alcohol after their shifts is allowed however, and has led to more than one foreman getting lucky with the younger, less experienced drinkers on his crew.

Yes, as long as that miner is 21 or older and had a hard day at the mine. If you mean minOr than absolutely not.

under 18? (minor) miner(an underground professional)No It is not legal to supply alchol to a minor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other well regulated state.
In fact, it is a misdemeanor in PA. That could land you up to 1 year in jail. I am a former police officer. Inofrmation regarding this can be found by a yahoo search for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Title 18 Crimes Code

Absolutely, as long as the miner is not on the job underground or at least 21. I bet this is a trick to see how many cannot spell, which should be a lot.

that guy who said yes is an idiot how old r u 5? have u ever been to a store in your life? It is illegal to give alchol to a minor u could pay lots of fine money and up to 6 months in jail or both but people do it anyways. i hope that this answers your question.

Yes it is, because nowadays it is illegal for children to work as miners.
And a comment to everyone else... if someone asks a question, don't just assume they got it wrong, and don't provide an answer to a different question just to illustrate that they have no idea what is going on.
