i am a kid who hates my dad and i live with my mom and the courts are not doing anything and today my dad is allowed to start phoning me what should i do? i do not ever want to see my dad.

I don't know your age, but at a certain age the kid is allowed to decide. You should tell your mom your feelings, or if you go to court again let them know. I'm sorry you're going through a divorce ): It's tough. Good luck

I am a Dad myself, this is sad to hear. Are you just being rebellious or is he a bad person? I know you might feel awkward but, you should honestly give him a shot. The fact that he's looking for you is a good example of his commitment to you. He is your Father and you should love him as he loves you! Give him a shot, then make your decision! Be a good girl I know you have it in you. It might take some time to but, you might not regret it!

In Canada I heard if a child is over 12 they can make their decision as to if they want to see the non custodial parent. Just what I heard. I'm not sure how it all works.

Pretty much nothing you can do, except ask your mom to get a lawyer and have her petition the court for a custody change.
If you don't want to talk to your father, you shouldn't be forced to do so.
