Why are they doing it? That's my first question. If it's anything to do with you being an immigrant (you seem like one, based on your abrupt use of English), helping other immigrants and naturalized citizens to find housing, then, well, good luck! Just consider it your "specialty", advertise your services in this way, and then you won't be overlapping territory with your competitors. Some people are just full of hate, and it really comes out big-time when they THINK they are losing money because of your ethnicity. Go to the local real estate board, and discuss this with others who may be having similar difficulties, and maybe take action collectively. Form an independent real-estate agents' organization for agents of your ethnicity or regional background (ie, a Korean Agents Club).

Good luck!

Well I don't know about India, but Here in America, You could Bluff them, by telling them ,that You are recording ,anything they have to say. Plus that You will use it against in court of law. Let me ask you ,why don't you use the media against them, once you have received information from your Board of Real Estate, regarding any fraud cases you find about them. They may back off, Sometimes you have to be assertive!

there is a simple answer. Enlist your phone numbers in the "DO NOT CALL LIST". just type the words, do not call list, and there will be websites that are for free and, keep you away from telemarketers. If they call just tell them," I am on the do not call list, and i would appreciate it if you could take me out of your system." If they continue to call just repeat that you are part of the do not call list. If they still call, tell them that you can sue them. That always does numbers on them. Hope it helps :)
