It did not pass in Nevada, Colorado or South Dakota. Too bad. Anyway, remember that it did pass in California 10 years ( with limitations) and the Feds sent all the DEA, FBI, Secret Service etc. to quash any facility that had more than a thimble full. It seems odd to me that nicotine ( the most addictive narcotic on the planet ) and alcohol, are both very legal . . . strange laws we have here

besides the undeniable fact that you vote, purely bear in mind that a sure vote doesn't recommend that is legal to be lower than the impression even as driving, or at artwork for most roles. it would want to suck to flow to Vegas for the weekend, illuminate, have a very good time......all to flow to artwork Monday and characteristic a random pee try value you your interest. also, if legalized you'll see extra injuries proper to lower than the impression of marijuana purely as you do alcohol. you purely don't have as many now because that is unlawful. Legalize it and also you purely open up an total new difficulty to regulate. Now flow vote besides you want, it is your good

Suki, my dear, the drivers can still be "on pot" even when it's illegal. And as the gentlemen above pointed out, alcohol is a possibility too.

MAKE IT LEGAL. This is ridicilous. It's acceptable to be high on Xanax and Lithium, but marijuana is too dangerous? Please. This isn't cocaine or heroin we are discussing. How is pot more dangerous than alcohol or the majority of prescription meds out there?

Suki, whats to stop them from driving their trucks after a dozen shots of Jim Beam. Your argument makes zero sense.

I think pot is legal now because I saw it being sold in a casino today.
