I am ending my lease at my apartment early and therefore have to pay a fee(an extra months rent) when I leave. But I just got laid off from my job and I doubt I'll be able to pay that right when I leave.

Do you think that they will start the same process as they would if they where going to evict me or would it just stay on a record of some sort?

letssay you and i get off a train, we don't know each other, but you can tell by the clothes i wear, maybe you saw the wad of cash in my wallet, but you know I have a lot of dough on me.
Anyhow, we fet off the train, and you floow me through the train station. I pass a one legged homeless man, looking like he hasn't had a meal in days, and he's begging for some money. You know i have money. You pass the guy, but you are broke. You have nothing to spare. Now the question: Would you be breaking the law if you walked up to me, put a gun in my face, took the money and gave it to the homelessman? Should you go to jail for such an action?

If you agree, that it would be illegal, then how doyou justify electing agovernment that does exactly that? They take our taxes, and give it to people that don't want to work. If I refuse to pay, armed policemen come and arrest me.

I have a friend who has taken an important photo that in my opinion should be sent to a magazine. However she refuses to do this. I feel SO strongly about this that I would send the photo into a magazine myself, but I have been told that I have no right to do this as she has not given her okay for the photo to be printed and that she could sue any magazine that would use it.

She HAS posted the photo all over on-line (which seems a bit hypocritical to me, and while we are friends we have been arguing over this point.) If a photo is posted on-line at public communities and websites, would a magazine have the right to take it and use it?

Heard about on the following case on the news, There was these two 19 years old boys, one of them had a relationship with a fourteen year old girl. He didn't know how to end the realtionship with the girl so he came up with the following brilliant idea! If he caught his girl friend in bed with his friend he would have a legitimate reason to end the relationship. He took his 14 year old girl friend over to his friend and left her there. To accomplish the goal his friend ended up raping the child, What do you do with people like that?!

Al Qaeda are publishing their doctrines on the web and have altered Muslim texts to justify their Jihad and the murder of innocent people around the world.English translations are available and information on training camps and how to join them is easily obtained.Qaeda are using the net to it's full advantage to spread propaganda against "evil America" and also show the decapitations of American prisoners as a warning to others while at the same trying to convert the gullible into a Holy suicide squad.
so the question is will the Government have these sites traced and monitored so they can arrest the culprits just like China did and will Yahoo supply the information as well as removing the offending sites and opinions or will they honour every bodies right to freedom of speech and let them continue?.

This is all the information that this essay is based on:
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is an important aspect of the court’s structure in that it allows disputes to be resolved without the need for litigation. If the case is not resolved by ADR or administratively, what options did you have to proceed to litigation? What courts would address this issue? To examine your understanding of ADR, identify a current or past dispute in your organization that has been resolved through ADR or has resulted in some other form of resolution process (e.g., in-house or union grievance, agency complaint, etc.).

In some countries which have laws on racial equality, affirmative action is rendered illegal by a requirement to treat all races equally.

This approach of equal treatment is sometimes described as being "race-blind", in hopes that it is effective against discrimination without engaging in reverse discrimination.

In such countries, the focus tends to be on ensuring equal opportunity and, for example, targeted advertising campaigns to encourage ethnic minority candidates to apply to open jobs etc. This is sometimes described as "positive action", as opposed to "positive discrimination".

So is it time for the USA to catch up to the rest of the world?

Harris, 22, who is serving time on a burglary conviction at Wabash Valley state prison in Carlisle, has been charged with battery and is accused of tattooing "KATIE'S REVENGE" across Anthony Ray Stockelman's forehead.

Harris told prison officials the attack was in revenge, according to an affidavit.

Stockelman is serving a life sentence after pleading guilty to abducting, molesting and killing the fourth-grader, who lived about 70 miles south of Indianapolis. She was missing for five days before her body was found Jan. 30, 2005, in a creek about 15 miles from her home.

Career criminals are on first name terms with their solicitors yet pay nothing for their services and usually nothing to society in general. Surely there should be a limit to the number of times a person is entitled to free and independant legal advice. All you lawyers out there must drink copious amounts of horlicks at the taxpayers expense. Three times maximum should be a more than reasonable limit
