Ogrish.com is a website, not a movie, and if you found is so offensive I am not sure why you were taking a gander at it, but to answer your question......
No I don't think it should be banned. Most of the material on that site comes from people being complete morons and getting themselves killed or hurt.

No,people have the right to watch whatever they want,no matter how disgusting.I do agree though that ogrish does push the limit on some of their videos.
