Al Qaeda are publishing their doctrines on the web and have altered Muslim texts to justify their Jihad and the murder of innocent people around the world.English translations are available and information on training camps and how to join them is easily obtained.Qaeda are using the net to it's full advantage to spread propaganda against "evil America" and also show the decapitations of American prisoners as a warning to others while at the same trying to convert the gullible into a Holy suicide squad.
so the question is will the Government have these sites traced and monitored so they can arrest the culprits just like China did and will Yahoo supply the information as well as removing the offending sites and opinions or will they honour every bodies right to freedom of speech and let them continue?.

but are Americans ready to adopt the methods of the Chinese,no freedom of speach,political prisoners,paranoia and the end of democracy and how come you only have two political parties to choose from if you are truely democratic.

Yep, once again, alot of pep talk... Why can't we just sit down for a minute and think on how we ever got in this mess in the first place.. Should we give in on every freedom we have, because some hyper greedy non-believers put us all in a terrible mess? He, or they, started something, and I think it would be nothing more than pure sense if we, as a whole, would hand over the instigators of these wars -in person- to Al-Qaeda as a peace offer. They'd probably shave them very closely and certainly they'd sent us the video through internet, you know, as to confirm that the offer is accepted. We shall have peace then, and the internet would be free of these guys. If after this, they would carry on their holy war and hurt us whilstdoing it, there would still be time enough to nuke them or anybody else, even enough time to chase them from the net. But let's first show the world that we ain't that aggressive tribe everybody thinks we are by handing over those who slandered our Name, by their own standards: an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth and nothing can be too bloodthirsty for the enemy...

what I find more interesting is the number of people on this site from the US and UK who hate there own governments, hate the west and try and justify or misrepresent the events of New York, Madrid and London. This is a real sign of the times that liberalism has gone completely crazy. This is a real weakness of ours and Al Qaeda are exploiting it big time.
Our weakness is strength to our enemy's. If this continues, we are gonna lose everything.

i have just posted a question refering a site called ogrish.net and agree we should use this medium to track them down who post murder videos. As to the guy who said the net is not American i myself am British and agree the west (normal) are not a part of this underbelly of the net i have not seen any videos of this happening in times square of horse guard's parade recently as we grew out of it (not capitol punishment) but cheap propaganda.

The US are trying (and failing) to arrest these people. What do you think all the wars are about? To arrest a Combatant, you have to prevail in your initial attack on their stronghold. Failing to capture the stronghold, there is nothing you can do about those within. Get me?

Al-Qaeda is going to cause a lot of their members to die.
Americans are going to get so mad, that they are going to demand our government to stop hedging the bets.
No more negotiation, no more threatening, just mad, insane, angry bombing, and indiscriminate slaughter, with prejudice.
They should let me lead, I would nuke them.
Why haven't we annihillated them yet?
Get the politics out of the way.
Show them what angry patriots are all about!

Yahoo, Google and others are insane to defend the 'freedom' of those trying to kill them. In war, one tries to defeat the enemy, not give him a platform to spread disinformation.
Humans are the only animal stupid enough to be TALKED into not defending themselves to the fullest extent of their capabilities.

The internet is global, not American.
You can't just arrest people who are in other countries, especially ones which are not extremely friendly with the U.S.A.
