Has a bill to ban the use of cellular phones whilst driving ever been proposed or discussed by Indiana legislators?

I believe it has been proposed but not passed. You can research it through the State's webpage. (www.in.gov). From there you can go to the State Legislature and review the Indiana Code as well as actions on bills from previous sessions.

Not seriously but it Should Be.
Using a cell phone while diving has been prov en to be more dangerous than driving drunk, but it seem s that some young people females mostly, cannot drive unless there is a cell phone in their ear!

I'm not sure but i feel the ban should be for EVERWHERE!
