Hello everyone,
I did my master's in Industrial Engineering and got myself placed as a beginner in SAP MM/IM field. I filed for my visa but in USCIS they put a query stating how my Master's degree is related to SAP MM/IM field. They think that SAP is related to computer programming.

In Industrial Engineering, I studied about logistics, inventory, production planning and supply chain management. In MM I configure those things on SAP. I also have diplamo in C, C++ from an Institute which is affiliated to UK cambridge University. So please guide me how to prepare the letter.

Why do other Latinos have to be grouped with this. Why is it that whenever someone speaks spanish in this country they get associated with what MEXICO AND MEXICANS are doing to ruin Americas immigration system.

Why do Americans even associate Mexicans with Cubans, Argentinians, Dominicans, Chileans, Spaniards. Its like associating haitians with french. Please america don't group other latinos by what MEXICO is doing for their own economic interest!

I'm on L1B Visa, working as a software consultant in US. I'm going to marry a girl,
She is a US citizen. which would be the easier option to get Green card sooner, same time
I want my keep work status in US (i dont want to go as her dependent or anything like that)

1. Marrying that gal in India.
2. Marry her in US itself.
3. How much time, Green card process will take for my case?

Any Experienced persons help would be more appreciated, Thanks

Or if you got laid off because your employer laid you off to save money by hiring the cheap labor of migrant workers? Don't stray off, just answer the question at hand. Give me an honest answer. I don't want any answers that don't have anything to do with the question. You guys are good at dancing around the main point. Lets focus on it this time.

But if someone on the other side (Mexico) shot one of our border patrol agents it would be a big deal huh?Oh my goodness there would be riots like you wouldn't believe. I do not and I repeat do not beleive in shooting anyone who is coming over here illegally. I'm for amnesty as long as they are not hard core criminals like child molesters or murderers. If they are hard core criminals they should be deported. We can't even go around shooting molesters or rapist, so what makes you think it is ok to shoot someone coming here illegally?

May be only I dont know. My friend in DWP told me that immigrants can on benefit as soon as they arrive UK. But USA: 7 years; Aussie: 3 years; NZ: 3 years. It goes without saying that these "poor" immigrants are NOT poor at all, otherwise how can they go to UK. Cheating, cheating, cheating. I really think our govt is simply too generous and of course stupid and waste my hard earn tax. What do you think?

Legislation was introduced in Texas where a ten percent fee
would be placed on wire transactions going out of the country
if the sender could not prove they are a legal U.S. resident.
The money made from the fees would go to funding additional law
enforcement. And in Arizona, a similar measure would require an
individual to declare legal U.S. status in addition to proving
they had paid their taxes in order to send a wire transfer out
of the country.

What do you think about this.?
Good or bad ?

However we have only been in the US since July 2005. Does the three year time till she is eligible for citizenship via naturalization begin from the time we were married or the time that she has been in the US?

to stay here in this country and reap the benefits of taxpayers? They may or may not be hard working, but is it fair to get free healthcare, foodstamps, and take our jobs when they are not legal citizens? Is it fair they don't learn the language and we have to learn theirs? Is it like someone breaking into your house and do the laundry and dishes and make the beds and then demand money for it? Demand to be put on your healthcare? Demand that you learn to communicate with them? Let this be known that I am not a racist. I am a working mom of 2 and my husband works and we struggle to make ends meet, with no help from our government. But I am maybe a little concerned for my children's future. And the future of this country.
