If you want to become an American, you have to do it because you wanted deep inside of your heart. AND this is the only country you will defend, the United States of America. There is only one exam and that is a Federal exam not a state exam. Good luck and welcome to my be love country.

You can get the Q& A at www.uscis.gov. Take the Naturalization Eligiblity quiz. I have always advised people that if what to apply for citizneship, completing the N-400 application is your first test. If you can't complete it you probalby won't pass the test. Forget the attorney all they can do is fill out the application, they can not take the test for you or assist you while taking the test. now if you have ever been arrested then I would consult an Immigration attorney to make ceratin the charge will not have a negative effect on your application. You should have a clean record for the previous 5 years of the date of application, any arrest in this time frame could be cause for denial.

See now if only all immigrants were as willing to become a citizen we wouldn't have these problems.
