yes i am trying to bring my fiancee to usa ohio with me to live she has 3 minor children ages 5 9 and 12 she is divorced and was born and raised in scottland i am a us citizen and need to no what i need to do she has passports already for her and kids

You need to apply for a K-1 fiancee visa for her. Her kids can "piggy-back" on her visa. Once the K-1 is approved, she and the kids can come to the U.S.

Also, the airline will not let the children board a plane without the consent of the other parent as well. If the kids' father does not consent, she can't bring the kids.

Sounds like you need to file the I-129F for a fiance visa. The only immigration web site that is free is www.uscis.gov all other have a catch. You can the forms and info at the immigration site.

You or her need to apply for K1 visa, I'll give you a site below for it or get her to apply for one through the US consulate in Edinburgh (not sure if Glasgow has one or not) Search for INS or Immigration on the net too.

ok get the visa card buy a passport as well get a ticket where ever she is going try to get on the same plane as well ok
