Who thinks its right that people who have come over to England from different countries should start dictating how we celebrate christmas and how we run our country.
I don't think these laws should change for the minority of foreigners who have immegrated over here when us citezens have lived here all our lives why should we change?

reduce immigration, as all immigrants in the qualifying age groups
would be required to serve in the armed forces.

I am set to leave for Philippines last week of December but will come back to the US on Jan 20th before my Jan 23rd hearing. It's my first DWI offense and it wasnt anything major, the policer charged me as going through a red light and I did submit myself to a breath test. I need to fly to Manila...will I get arrested in the airport or something?

From what I've read of INS's website it's impossible to withdraw a sponsorship! Somehow it doesn't seem right that you can get out of a marriage, a lease, a business partnership, etc based on many things but you are stuck for 10-15 yrs sponsoring an immigrant with no way out. What about in the following examples: The person gets here and is abusive to you? What if he/she engages in activities that you think may be of concern to the security of other Americans? Or what if they used fraud and deception to get you to sponsor them...? I know that if the sponsee is being abused or there is any fraud that hurts them going on, there are attorneys that will help THEM. What about the American who sponsored? Are we once again just screwed while immigrants can do whatever they want to do here? Does anyone know?

Not 100% of illegal aliens have arrived for a better life. Do you feel when it's known a person is illegal that extensive background checks must be ran on them and they remain jailed? Until a court date is set concerning them being in the country illegally and what all have they been up to and advise them as a result of breaking our Immigration laws this will result in Deportation

Do the people that constantly complain about illegal immigration realize that they are being hypocrites. The us constantly says that they want to spread democracy and they go into other countries and force it on them and yet when people betray a country and abandon their homes for another country and they want democracy all of the sudden the US gets mad.
