Hi, Im a 17 year old and i currently live USA, but i am a Canadian Citizen and me & my girlfriend (American Citizen) are very serious and very much in love. I also wanted to study college here but is costs more as i am an international student, so i wondered might as well marry my girlfriend and get my greencard?

Can i get my greencard & since we are allowed to get married at that age?

I have been staying here for about three months, is that an issue?

THANK YOU

I am assuming that you are a 17 yr old boy from Canada. Correct me if I am wrong. First issue: you are 17.... why even think about marriage? If you get married now, you will just end up in divorce court 2 years later.... and even worse.... end up paying child support because you got her pregnant. Second: just because you marry a girl from the US.. doesn't make it cheaper for you to go to college in the US. you will still be subject to the 12 month residency requirement. Third: Stop thinking with the little guy between your legs. Anyone seriously thinking about marriage at 17 year old needs to have their head checked

At 17 you cannot marry because you are still a minor under US laws.

No. It is a common myth that people can get their green card by marrying someone. That is not true. Talk to any immigration lawyer, they will tell you.
