Please give reasons why illegals should not be deported when they broke the law to get here? Why should they be treated any differently than any other law breaker?

They should all be rounded up and deported. If we all started breaking in to each others houses, would the police not put us in jail. It's the same thing. Illegals have broken in to our house!

In theory, mass deportation isn't racist as long as the law is applied equally across ALL races. While most of the people deported will be Mexican, there are plenty of African, Asian, South American and European illegals here as well. If only Mexicans are targetted for deportation, then it would be discriminatory. If it applies across the board and all illegals from all countries are targetted, then there is no discrimination.

However, in practice, it remains to be seen if Mexicans alone will be targetted or if they will truly go after all illegals, regardless of national origin.

it doesnt matter if mass deportation is conducted, those people will come back into the USA and work.
Mass deportation? aint that tax dollars that is being used to deport people that will find thier way back, I think your tax dollars can be used in education where teachers are under paid and needed, NO I am not a teacher, but I have seen these people get deported and then come back again and again and again.they are cheap labor and as long cheap labor is available the prices of any products across the USA will stay affordable, get a US resident to do the same work but for a higher wage when cheap labor is not available?.....well you do the math

What seirvocal fails to realize not all come to work, some to commit crimes. If they want in this country so bad, thenwhy not go through the legal channels. Besides, does not the government need to know who is coming in this country? As response to the question, yes the should be deported, but it would be next to impossible to deport approx 12 million illegals.

People who come to our country illegally and break laws, serve time and then are deported. They are not treated any differently than any other law breaker, except they are deported. It's too bad we cannot deport the Americans who are fellons who break the law as well.

Some of the reasons these nuts give for breaking the law. You know I would have liked to be in a court room when one of you told a judge that you only broke the law for a better life. In my 22 years in law enforcement I never one time was in a court room, and had anyone tell a judge that, or that they did not know they were breaking the law.

Deporting after due process is not illegal but the real issue is that mass deportation would be very detrimental to the economy. Are there twenty million citizens to take over the low-paying jobs of deported illegals?

because the usa made ilegal actions beyond its borders but the civilians in the usa have not knowledge about it because there is a control on the media, the consequence will be a disaster for the usa, this is about the future of your country, right now the latino countries are beginning to turning back to the usa because of that and they are beginning to decide for the communism and the islam community, rusia, arabian countries, china(you trust too much on it),north korea, are in touch with them, what space(land, air and sea) will you use to transport your products?what countries will buy your products?they will not need to invade just blocking the international trades .

The higher ups have forgotten who we are. In our adjacent town, they are making the ems crews learn Spanish so they can care for the Mexicans that get sick or hurt. Is this not America? And shouldn't they learn English? Why have we been forgotten?
