Response to first answer:
I don't have the answers that's why I posted this. My mom thinks the 2 rights of US citizens that cannot be extended to non-citizensa are the right to vote and the right to hold a public/office position.

The US has three branches for a system of checks and balances. No branch is powerful enough to control the country and yet if two are behind an idea it will be executed.
US have the right to vote and to own firearms.
The Secretary of Internal Affairs and vice president
The idea that alll men are created equal

The questions in my opinion should be:

1) how many years do you have to be a resident to start hating America ?

2) How long do you need to be a resident to file for unemployment ?

3) How long do you need to be a resident to file for SSI

4) How long do you need to be a resident to file for welfare

5) Can you sue a native born US resident for looking at you the wrong way on the basis of it being a hate crime.

6) If you establish a small buisness ( mom and pop ) size business and a terrorist attack hits the United States what size American flag do you fly ?
a) 10 feet by 20 feet
B) 30 feet by 40 feet
C) 90 feet by 110 feet

I'm glad they changed the questions to more abstract ones. They may have made it easier but at least they're not limiting their answers to very strict terminology that isn't necessarily as important as grasp of the overall concept.

The test will be harder and many of them will NOT be allowed to become citizens because they will not be able to pass it.
