we talk about illegals being scum and low lives but, what do our actions say about us? we (Americans) are the ones judging people we know nothing about right?

If all these companies just stopped hiring the illegal immigrants and simply reported them, there wouldn't be much of a problem would there? Yes they do illegally cross the border, but then they go looking for a job, and of course they get hired. The Mexicans cross the border because they KNOW they will get hired by someone here in the U.S. They wouldn't bother walking through the dessert if they knew they wouldn't get a job here. Don't you think the problem is a 50/50 thing? It's the Mexican government's fault for not doing something about the poor in Mexico, and it's also our fault because we let these companies hire the illegally in the first place.

No great power loses control of its borders. We have. The beautifully tended lawns of our hotels, its well-staffed kitchen, are as likely as not the work of illegal aliens. These are admirable, hard-working people for the most part. But they are here illegally. And so unsure of itself has America become that we feel a need to adjust to them--to their language, to their demands on our social services. And most come from a country that refuses to allow American firms to invest in its oil and gas industries so as to increase available supplies. Surely a great country would find some way of saying, "No oil, then no immigrants, no remittances." Never in history have so many illegals dared to organize protest marches and assembled in so easily arrestable a mass, secure in the knowledge that their host country's addiction to low-cost pool-cleaning trumps its desire to control its borders. But so long as we prefer to fund shopping sprees rather than a military adequate to meet the challenges of our era, and so long as we allow uncertainty about our virtues as a nation to swamp our good judgment, we will continue to doff our jackets obligingly to security personnel who are surprised--just ask them--that we allow our people to suffer such indignities

Here it is, if you want to read it...

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

Chavez vows to beat the "devil"
Sun Nov 26, 2006 5:52 PM ET

By Brian Ellsworth

CARACAS, Venezuela (Reuters) - Venezuela's leftist President Hugo Chavez on Sunday promised hundreds of thousands of supporters he would win a resounding victory in his December 3 reelection bid he describes as a challenge to Washington.

The former soldier and self-styled revolutionary is favored in the polls to beat rival Manuel Rosales after building a solid political base through a social development campaign financed by oil revenues.

Chavez supporters flooded Caracas thoroughfares waving flags and banners, congregating in different parts of the downtown a day after Rosales sympathizers held a similar march to close his campaign in the capital city.

"We are confronting the devil, and we will hit a home run off the devil next Sunday," said Chavez, who ruffled feathers in October by calling President Bush the devil in remarks at the United Nations.

"On December 3 we're going to defeat

We the pro-illegal are not ignoring the problem with immigration we understand is a big problem. but what we are fighting is this cruel, racial harassment that most of immigrants have to go through including children and women, I see cases were women are being raped by the white people and they do not want to report them just because they are illegal. I see American kids going hungry and cold just because their fathers are illegal, I see thousand of humans dieing trying to cross the borders looking for a better life, I SEE AMERICANS DISCRIMINATING AND HARRASING MY KIDS JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE BROWN. Its not only the illegal that are suffering with this stupidity. Racist people do not ask for a proof of citizenship before they harass anybody.

So is not the illegal crossing that is the problem, is the illegal racial crimes that are being committed by unscrupulous Americans hiding behind the immigration laws.

If we can just hold our government responsible for enforcing our current laws and stop it from playing with our money with senseless walls and wars.

News stories are fakes they say. Any information about illegal aliens is declared untrue. Illegal aliens do not use fake social security cards. Illegal aliens are the hardest working people of what must be the entire world. Illegal aliens do not drink or sell dope.Illegal aliens do not collect welfare, when it's listed in the news and newspapers every day. There are no illegal aliens in jail or prison all this is a myth.Illegal aliens do not lie. Illegal aliens do not steal. Illegal aliens do not abuse a system made for the America people. That's what I see from all you pro legal. That all illegal aliens are really all saints just ask the Pope

Try to be civil, however I will not report you if you are just acting stupid since is your right. I do not see in my last question many people losing their employment to illegals. So why don't you stop believing all those fake stats and fight hate in general. Is hate and not illegals the problem. Illegal immigration is also the problem.

That is why so many of us are so upset about Mexico over running America. It SHOULD be a melting pot, with a variety of immigrants as in the past (Africa, China, Europe). What the heck makes Mexico think they have a right to come here without following the same rules everyone else in the world follows? That is a question I've often asked of those supporting your illegal aliens. I have yet to get an answer so why don't you tell me? Why should Mexico be allowed to just walk over the border when the rest of the decent world has millions of people who want to come here as well and are doing the right thing by coming legally? Or do you just believe in totally open immigration, no background checks and the entire world should send all their poor here? If it's good for Mexico then it should be good for the rest of the world as well?

Pretentending to be one of them what do you think is really in their heads~?

here is my example:

Well (pretending to be a supporter)~ I support them cause alot of my family is here illegally, but most of all because of their "race" I mean come ~on- obviously they're La Raza what else needs to be said. I support illegal aliens mainly because I care more about My own race, than I do about ANY stinkin Americans!!~ besides when I get my criminal relatives legalized we will be a huge viable voting block that will destroy America as we know it today~ we want to make America just like Mexico so La Raza wont have anywhere to run!

OK...before you start on the rhetoric that you have been spewing since the illegal immigration debate has started, can you give me real reasons to support illegal immigration?

Please do not tell me that they are looking for a better way of life. There are 4.5 billion people in this world that are at much lower standard of living than people in Mexico. With that logic, we would have to bring in 4.5 billion people into this country to assist them in making a better life for them. Honestly, if you are trying to help someone become a better person or have an improved life, wouldn't it be better served going to their country and helping them with things such as education and health care? Do we not already do this in several countries?

Also, do not tell me that they are doing "jobs Americans will not do". EVERY job that an illegal immigrant possesses right now was previously done by an American citizen. EVERY LAST ONE. The illegal immigrants are only being exploited and doing jobs that Americans ONCE did at usually about ¼ of the rate.

Do not tell me that if the illegal immigrants were deported to their home country that the economy would collapse and that the rate of inflation would explode. That is just flat out speculation and in no way based on any facts. The only thing that would change is the profits that multimillion dollar company net. It would really upset them if they had to pay a decent wage and reduce their profit. They do nothing more than exploit illegal immigrants and if pro-illegal supporters are so worried about illegal immigrants rights…shouldn't they be protesting the companies that are using them as slave labor?

Do not tell me that they are not hurting anyone. Our health care system, our welfare system, and our educational system can not sustain the influx of people into this country.
Hospitals are closing due to the amount of illegal immigrants that do not pay their bills. Our educational system is overcrowded. In my sons 1st grade class there are over 30 children in his class. Eight of which are Hispanic, I do not know for sure…I can only speculate their parents citizenship; however, I know that the teacher sends all of the homework instruction home in English and Spanish…so what is that telling you.

Do you think that our country can sustain this level of immigration without some consequences? Do you not think that as soon as the well is run dry in your city and state that they will not hesitate to raise taxes? At the current level of illegal immigrants that we have in this country, they are costing each taxpayer $1200.00 every year. I know that I would much rather see that $1200.00 that I paid in taxes spent on other things rather than paying the bill for someone that doesn't even legally belong in this country.

I don't know…just help me understand how this is good for our country.

Now give me a low rating…take about you warm fuzzy feelings that you have for illegal immigrants…say that I am a racist…tell me how this isn't "our" country to begin with…I have heard all the bu**sh**…but not once has anyone actually said anything that would make a real point in why we should lower our standard of living to accommodate people who don't even legally belong here. I agree that in an ideal world that there would be no borders and everyone would drink a Coke and live in harmony….but this isn't an ideal world.

Why don't people understand the hardships that they went through to be able to america? People don't understand how and why people immigrate to america. A recent answer of mine, someone was downright infuriated with immigration. I know, maybe he lost his job to an immigrant or something, but that doesn't make it ok. You have a MUCH better life than them.
