Everybody knows the law gokart, the illegals and their friends/family know they are committing a crime, theyre not oblivious to that fact, but these laws arent enforced anyways.

.This law is not enforced nor are the other good laws already on the books.Until the Justice Department and all our law enforcement agency's are allowed to enforce theses laws with zero tolerance ,nothing will change.
The law is quite clear in its meaning and its intent, whats unclear is why its not enforced. If individuals write, call, fax
E-mail and in general make this congress aware that we know the laws and fully expect them to be obeyed and enforced, without exception,Then perhaps we can obtain justice and action on this issue..We are a nation governed by laws for the good of this nation and all her citizens.Make your voice heard. We can not pick and choose what laws we choose to obey. The laws are for the good of all the people. So if we circumvent a law we don't like or don't agree with then that's OK?No its not OK.

Here is another section of that same law

Immigration officers and local law enforcement officers may detain an individual for a brief warrantless interrogation where circumstances create a reasonable suspicion that the individual is illegally present in the U.S. Specific facts constituting a reasonable suspicion include evasive, nervous, or erratic behavior; dress or speech indicating foreign citizenship; and presence in an area known to contain a concentration of illegal aliens. Hispanic appearance alone is not sufficient. Immigration officers and police must have a valid warrant or valid employer's consent to enter workplaces or residences. Any vehicle used to transport or harbor illegal aliens, or used as a substantial part of an activity that encourages illegal aliens to come to or reside in the U.S. may be seized by an immigration officer and is subject to forfeiture. The forfeiture power covers any conveyances used within the U.S.

RICO -- Citizen Recourse
Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, AND CAN INCLUDE NONPROFIT ASSOCIATIONS.

Any politician that does not uphold the Constitution should be subject to criminal charges. This includes half of the dummies in Congress and Senate. Obama has abused the Constitution and needs to be held accountable. Watch Fox this Sunday and they'll exposed his agendas. 8 Central and 9 Eastern. I hope they expose enough dirt on him that he'll run across to the Mexican border.

Sounds good to me. I believe ICE will be enforcing this and they might have a tough time doing it since they are already over worked. I am eager to see the first case and see what defense these employers of illegal aliens are going to use.

When was this law put into effect, anyone coming in before this law was past was only subject to a misdemeanor charge or that's what the past law states for the first offense, my thoughts are that if a person comes to be with their husband or wife because immigration will not do anything to help them they should be put on some type of trial run basis to see if they can be responsible, no matter what country or what law , taking action to keep apart husband and wife or and their little kids is without question the most inhumane of all actions, and if you just what to limit how many Mexicans are here, start with removing the one that come here to work, stop giving out work permits and give the spot to the ones who really have reason to be here, the ones that have a wife of husband that is an American citizen, we are the ones getting dumped on by government, we pay the price by losing our family unity to make room for Mexican men who only come to make money, whats more fair the spot given up for family or for money gain, the laws should be fallowed but because of this one sided law the angry family members give up and come to the USA illegal, if they will change the law to exclude imported workers and not familys all the trouble will stop. and if any of you had been involved with bringing your wife or husband from mexico to live in the USA you to would be upset as to how the law works, they make you fallow what the consulet in mexico says you must do, why? because they are all run by the mexicans yes thats true and they have full control over how it goes for you, 1% americans work in the mexican offices and do you really think any mexican is going to help another get to the USA if they them selfs cant come? we are over run with illegals that are here for work, and they are the ones who should be made to go home. the law is broken and one sided and blind, every one crys about the illegals but none of you ever stop to think why they are here, if you really want the truth e-mail me and i will tell you, its not what you think and it may make you mad as hell at the companys in the U.S. a big cover up.

Thank you for the information, I knew that their was a law but I have never had read it. So you see all we have to do is to implement the laws that we already have and secure our borders. We don't need new laws and if we do it is just to benefit the Corporations and the illegals already in our country and that's wrong, dead wrong..

OK, Gokart...

I copied and pasted and sent it to my husbands office. He'll print off a bunch and we will hand them to different "managers" of stores.

Tomorrow I will take them to Walmart, Sams, Home Depot and whomever else I may think is in violation.

We also have superimposed a photo of Mark Shurtleff, Utah's Attorney General, over a Mexican Flag to hand out....he is so pro-mexico that he...I'm ashamed to even tell you...wept with joy upon meeting Vicente Fox at the Governors Mansion last summer.

sounds good, the problem here is that this law is not being enforced as it should be. people refer them for employment and hire them, people give them places to live and encourage them to stay all the time. so this law means nothing if it is not going to be enforced.
