Anyone who thinks illegals don't get welfare and food stamps, are either lying to themselves or they don't live in an area with illegals. They get more help then an actual citizen can get. In Mn. we were just sent a letter from the state a couple of months ago, telling us that they were not going to be giving Illegal immigrants benefits anymore. Many illegals have American born children and they just get benefits in their children's names now.
If you are in line at the grocery store behind a couple who can not speak English and they buy $500 worth of groceries on an EBT card, chances are they are illegal immigrants on welfare.

I agree the leftist media have turned the illegals into angels.
The reality is, that they have to be desperate to pack up and and sneak over the border, desperate people often include criminals and drug dealers.
Contrary to popular belief the illegals are not slaves, the economy was not "built on their backs" they get/got paid for their work, same as they would in Mexico (probably a lot more $).

First of all, your ancenstors were once immigrants who came to America from wherever to start a new life and work as hard as they could to ensure that you could be born sometime.
Are you trying to say that all illegal immigrants come here to break the law, cheat, and steal? I hope not because that's pure American ignorance. Of course some of them don't do anything good for society, just like some American citizens don't. But because of those few are you going to put the rest of them in the same category?? I and my family are immigrants (just not illegal) who came here 7 years ago to make a better life, to start over, hoping for a better life. We all work our a**es off every single day so we can do everything we need. I know so many other people who are immigrant and they are honest and hardworking and ALL they want is to be given a chance to live peacefully, make a better life for their kids. And they just don't want to be judged and stereotyped just becasue they weren't born in this country. So before you judge step into someone else's shoes.
