I'm sick of Native Americans being brought up in the debate of illegal immigration, When someone is pro-illegal they argue that "you are not a legal citizen if you are not Native American"
I thought back then it was " free land" that laws weren't developed, nor was the amendment around then?
If other people had not came what do you think America would be today, Certainly not the land it is today.

So can someone please explain why if i am NOT Native American i am an illegal in my own land myself?

Why???? Just because they weren't lucky to be born here doesn't mean you make worse the economy. Many Americans have the OPPORTUNITY to get an education and be sucessful, I look in the streets and see people waisting their lifes on stupid things. They turn around and tell that immigrants are taking their jobs, they won't be saying that if they got an education. Immigrants are just normal people that want to help their families in their native countries, if they don't they are probably going to die of hunger. They risk their lifes to come here! many die to get some food on the table. I think you don't consider how harsh is to be in their situation and how hard is to get here legally. This is a world in which you need to do everything to survive, and thats why they come here. Remember that you are a immigrant too, the only true americans are the Native Americans. So why did you came here?

I filed an application form I-751 as a battered spouse to remove a condition residency. There is an interview day scheduled and I was hoping that I would have the instraction or suggestion on what do I need to bring with me for the interview. Americans want the Mexicans to follow laws that makes us pay money to them in the form of taxes. They also belive if we wish to live on their land that we turn our backs to Mexico and become Americans. All we want to do is live here, and use what ever benifits that we want to.

17 illegal immigrants found in U-Haul
Associated Press

FALFURRIAS — Seventeen illegal immigrants were found hidden in the back of a hot U-Haul moving truck, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said today.

The immigrants were discovered by a Border Patrol dog at an inland highway checkpoint Friday. All were given fluids but declined medical attention.

All the immigrants were from Mexico and returned voluntarily to Mexico.

The driver, a 29-year-old U.S. citizen from Brownsville, was arrested and charged with alien smuggling.

Its so simple, who agrees with that ? if you dont have a $1,500,000 to invest as a business person, then you should get it, if you have a student Visa, leave and re-enter on a correct Visa to get married and live legally, then there would not be all this tenson over there. I got a bumper sticker at a street fair in Mexico that was a play on the “Hecho en México” export logo with the eagle graphic. Mine is the same but says, “Hecho un Mendigo.” My Mexican friends think it’s funny. Problem is, they can’t really explain the joke to me They try to tell me it means something like “Made in the Streets” or “Made by Funky Poor People” or “Made Me a Poor Person.” Anybody know ?

If that's not the case I'm very glad. If it is, I'm confused. If they are perpetually pi$$ed, where's the fun. MEADVILLE — A New Airy woman has been spared possible jail time for having sexual intercourse with an animal.
Tina L. Smith, 35, of North Carolina, was accepted into Crawford County Court’s accelerated rehabilitative disposition program Friday by Judge John Spataro for the sexual intercourse with an animal charge.
The ARD program offers first-time offenders the opportunity to be rehabilitated and move through the legal system quicker. Offenders are placed on probation, ordered to pay court costs and fees, and may have other conditions placed on them. After successful completion of the program, a person’s record is expunged.
Smith was ordered to serve 12 months probation, pay a $150 administrative fee and court costs, and undergo mental health and drug and alcohol evaluations.

To take advantage of our free healthcare and social housing and benefit system, which is much more generous than the Welfare system in America.

A lot of them are black or ethnic minority Americans who are claiming that they are being "discriminated against" in the USA.

I can't beleive this? I though America was the "land of Opportunity" which all Europeans are "jealous" of and want to go to?
