It is only since Sept 11th ,that this hatred has started , althought there were no Hispanics abord the plans, but for some reason I believe the blame falls on us , especially Mexicans ! I dont se a wall or closing the border with Canada! But then again we ,Hispanics are in for a rude awakening from the goverment of a country whose motto is ; freedom! We will be in the same position as the Jews of Nazi Germany! You dont believe it ? Look again ! Read the media! Is all heading thata way! Racism symbolic with nazism is rearing its ugly head again! They go together !

What say you? Five US citizens are living off benefits in UK as they try to claim asylum. This story comes from whistleblower Rory Clerke, 34, who used to work for the Government's National Asylum Support Service.

Here is my situation:

I finished my master degree last Dec and now I am with my OPT (optional practical training) which will expire next Jan. The thing is one company now is willing to sponsor me, but they wonder how can I stay legal to work in the US after my OPT expires since all H1B quotas for 2007 are gone. Another thing is my fiancé just got his H1B visa and he is currently working. So I am thinking maybe I can start to work for the company from now till next Jan and then convert to H4 and work as an unpaid volunteer. If my H1B filing turns out successful, I will be able to work as an official employer next Oct. Is this a feasible way and not in any violation? If not, are there any other workable solutions?

Thank you so much for your kind help!!

Illegals should not be here, but with them gone, the crime rate won't go down much. It's time we seek other alternatives in the prevention of crime. We should not make Racial profiling illegal, since most crimes that are commited are usually Blacks or Hispanics. Maybe create a system that when a Black or Hispanic teen turns 14, he is on provation or a monitoring system. I don't want my country going to sh.it, getting rid of illegals won't do the trick alone.

. If you want a country, which has Sharia law or a theocratic state, then Australia is not for you, he said on national television. I'd be saying to clerics who are teaching that there are two laws governing people in Australia, one the Australian law and another the Islamic law, that is false. If you can't agree with parliamentary law, independent courts, democracy, and would prefer Sharia law and have the opportunity to go to another country, which practices it, perhaps, then, that's a better option, Costello However, there are a few things that those who have recently come into our country, and apparently some born here, need to understand. The idea of Australia being a multicultural community has served only to dilute our sovereignty and our national identity. As Australians, we have our own culture, our own society, our own language and our own lifestyle. This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials and victories, by millions of men and women, who have sought freedom. This is OUR COUNTRY, OUR LAND and OUR LIFESTYLE, and we allow you every opportunity to enjoy all this. But once you are done complaining, whining and griping about Our Flag, Our Pledge, Our Christian beliefs, or Our Way of Life, I highly encourage you to take advantage of one other great Australian freedom, THE RIGHT TO LEAVE! If you aren't happy here then LEAVE! We didn't force you to come here. You asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted.

Given the debate about inclusion, surely another way that those who choose Great Britain as their home do so because of our way of life. That includes a common language between all the people of this land.

If we are to build a multicultural society, surely the only way it can function is if we continue to talk the same language. That of necessity is the only way we can all communicate.

By printing information in different languages, aren't Councils and the Government encouraging exclusion?

Americans generally don't have problems with different races, it's more the actions of certain groups. Many of the Mexicans that are flooding over the border refuse to assimilate by learning American customs and English. In many ways, since there are so many of them, they continue life as if they were still in Mexico and force Americans to adapt to them instead of the other way around (e.g., making us use Spanish to communicate with them). This is where much of the resentment is rooted in.

The opposing view always says that they shouldn't have to turn their back on their heritage - no one says that you have to alter your lives and forget about your Mexican heritage. Just try to learn English and show some RESPECT to our laws and customs. If you want to live here, become an American, not a Mexican living in America.
