Take your old passport along and show both upon entering, if you have a multi-entry visa. My Mom did that couple years ago when she came to visit. US Consulate wanted her to pay $100 to put a stamp in her new passport.

A visa only gives you the opportunity to ask for permission to enter the US. A visa or visa waiver program does not confer the right of entry. Every time you enter the US, you must prove that it is likely you will return to your home country and that you will not become financial burden on the US.

You don't have to transfer it. Just carry both passports.
