Am married to a Catholic and have a son who has been baptized. I do not wish to be separated from them. Where can I learn more about Judaism in India, and in case I like what I find and decide to convert, will I be able to migrate to Israel with my wife and kid (who are both not interested in Judaism.)

You need to find a Rabi. If you are in big city, it will be easy, Look up a telephone No. of a synagogue and try to contact them, otherwise see or write to Israeli consulate they will give you all the information. They may put you in touch with a rabbi. Judaism does allow conversion (even the conservatives)

will I be able to migrate to Israel with my wife and kid (who are both not interested in Judaism.)

You are married to only a Catholic and why should you convert yourself to Judaism and migrate to Israel.

Conversion is your personal decision. But, is it OK for you to change your religion as a means of immigration? I would have appreciated if that gives a passport to heaven. Bear with me for saying this.

Why are you interested in Judaism since you have no links to it?
Why don't you take a look at Christianity since that it is the faith of your family?

Jews do not like others to convert to their religion. You will be welcomed only if your mother is jew, otherwise give up. There is already unemployement issues in Israel.
