how can I make a person who officially lives in florida be my legal guardian(i`m from europe)so that I can go to school?
how can he be legally approved?where do I have to go?

To legally do it A court process is done through a judge.

That person would be called a sponser. But I think as long as you meet certain requirements you dont need a sponser for a student visa as long as you are over 18. If you are in high school the family you are living with are generally called host families. If you already know the person you want to live with and arent going through any special program to study abroad, I would contact a lawyer that specializes in Overseas Visas. That is very easy to do. Your current guardian (or parents) just temporarily assign a NEW guardian during your stay in the USA. I suggest you go see an attorney, there are several things that have to be done RIGHT. However, essentially your parents give "Power of Attorney" to an adult in the USA. Keep in mind you will still have to get a Visa and be admitted to the school you have in mind.
