When he executed mentally retarded people as Governer of Texas and mocked a women who begged for mercy. Why then can he not also commute the disgracefull 55 year sentence given to a man in California for selling marijuana, a far less serious offence than the crimes committed by Lewis "Scooter" Libby. Is it a case of one law for the Neocons and another law for everyone else?

was standing in front of you in a dark alley and you had a 357 at hand. knowing with 100% certainty for supernatural reasons that you would never be caught. would you shoot him? (i must remind you that it is illegal to say you would kill mr. bush if your in the u.s., so no, we are not talking about mr. *****)



if a different person (ex: mr. bush) had a heart attack in the very same alley and you did not have the 357, would you make any attempt to revive him (unless your a medical professional you have no legal obligation to do so) ?

My girlfriend and I just had a nice debate over this and I am looking for some other opinions. One of us claims that anyone can be president and that as Americans we have options about who is the leader of our country. The other claims that not just anyone can be president, and that in our current society it takes wealth to become president. Also, Americans do not have as much choice as we may think when it comes to choosing a president. Which side do you agree with more and why?
