He could have a dual citizenship, but I don't think so. No one in the office has ever had a dual citizenship, but it isn't clearly stated in the Constitution:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..."

As a side note, some people would like to repeal this Section in order to allow Arnold Schwartzenegger to run for president, but his dual citizenship (USA/Austria) is another hurdle for people to come to grips with.

No. He is a citizen born in the US with an American-born mother.

His mother is American so he is American by Blood, and he was born in America therefore he is American because he was born on US soil. So Yes he is a true American. :)

i don't think so because you have to be born in the united states to run for president i believe, i didnt double check.
