Specifically, is it punishable by law to fly/display another national flag above the U.S. flag, to the right of, or both?
I know the Constitution addresses this as UNconstitutional, but why do I see it happening so often, especially with the Mexican flag?

A friend of mine is joining the navy.

He said he was asked questions and that they told him he should answer 'No' to all of them....Some questions included "have you EVER had a headace?" , "have your chest EVER hurt?"," made any Contact (talk) with a police?'

He said of course he had a headace in his life, had his chest bothersome (congested) and talked to a police,but he was told to say 'No'. So he answered no.

So my question is, is this lying?

I am suing a corporation because one their repair shops in my area had damaged a component on my car that they had worked on. I need to serve them the papers to appear in court in mid January. Who do I give the court summons to? The manager at the garage? Or do I have to send it to the corporate office? That's all I need to know is who is authorized to recieve this court summons. I'm suing them for $1,040 for parts and labor to fix what they have broke on the car. Small claims court.

Let's face it, dems like him because he's unelectable and is the most un-republican candidate. So if he got our nomination, they would be guaranteed the election. But he does have some excellent libertarian views.

If he somehow were running as a democrat, wouldn't he be an appealing candidate for the same reason: most un-democratic candidate, unelectable, guaranteeing republican victory?

There was a law passed in Ohio under the Adam Walsh Act. This gives the FedGovt the right to dictate to state lawmakers how to RETROACTIVELY re-align sex-offenders within Ohio. This law forces double jeopardy, makes the plea deal nul & void and other problems.

Please don't get me wrong. I know that SO's need to have some guidelines for protection of the general public, but the ones that are in prison now are being forced to sign papers re-assigning them a higher level of offense WITHOUT an attorney present, they ARE NOT told they can appeal this within 60 days of signing it. But if they are making a sex offender register, I would also like to know if a drug dealer, murderer and/or other serious offender is living within a stone's throw of my house too!

Here's the kicker: the Adam Walsh Act (AWA) is a MONETARY INCENTIVE LAW that was hurried and passed without regard to the defendent nor his/her family so that the State could collect Federal Money!

So after school today me and some friend did donuts in the school parking lot... ya it was dumb and i realize that now but while we were doing them one of the football coaches came out and we stopped and parked and he told us we were gonna need to talk to him tomorrow. which i guess means your in trouble i am just wondering what kinda trouble im looking at i have a clean driving record and so do my friends they all ran off and i stayed to talk. All debts are in my name so I am getting calls from creditors on a daily basis requiring payment immediately. Certain bills are to be split (such as the mortgage) while others are exclusively her or my responsiblity. If she refuses to pay, am I obligated to take legal action against her in order to obtain the money needed to pay such bills or is it the creditors' responsiblity to collect the money as required by the divorce decree? How would I go about doing this?
